Member Appreciation Gifts must go out at some point? Let's hope that the BC drew in lots of new members and retained the old members.

Wonder how many TBP members there are? Wonder how many TBP members are active on the site regularly? I imagine on these TBP $ projects there are the repetitive funders to help the project along to the goal. I'm sure a few quit in a healthy amount to try to push it to a successful end. Just think if, 150-175-200 members each donated $25 to these projects?? It would spread the load out evenly/fairly. Probably more folks would be interested in doing the projects if more got involved. Of course, if "you know who" doesn't go crazy with this "philanthropic" stuff....
Just a thought. And no, I don't hunt unicorns....

Just needs to learn from John Lewis. Treat people well, stay in touch and don't hard sell. Can't think of one of our prior contacts from the Bulls Club was any different. Always have been nice to us - at least to our face.
"to your face"? Hopefully they always talk to your "face" and not any other body part..? That would be just plain weird..maybe even illegal?

I've had a couple of chances to talk with him and he seems like a pretty good guy. Of course, he wasn't asking me for money.
Seems like a good guy. If you ever look at his Instagram account, he is a very stylish dresser. Think he drives a pretty sweet vehicle too and lots of stuff that shines and glitters-lots. The guy has done well. Maybe he can learn the art of panhandling...?

Wonder if BJ can put a move$squeeze on some of our ex-players who are either in the pro leagues or in business, etc. We never hear of a contribution by ex-USF folk who have made a few bucks after college. Maybe they do it quietly, so all their relatives don't start banging on the door. It would be nice to see all these football guys (and other sports) join the Bull's Club and be a visual for others. Bull's Club shouldn't be a best kept secret. --Note: small thing. They send out BC annual window stickers problem is, most vehicles have tinted windows, so they appear as a tiny shadow. Maybe some "real" stickers if they want to show support and advertise??

Good move if it helps add some new Bull's Club members. BJ is a symbol of the USF success days. Great player, NFL guy, Flashy dresser...Can he cultivate and mingle with the donor folks? To be seen. I always wondered why he wasn't utilized as a QB coach. His style/abilities are pretty much what the football scene/offenses are using currently. Mobile QB's. Wish him well.

Sometimes the topic of CJL comes up and the writer is chastised for not moving on. And of course, the topic of CJL always points to the AD, Prez and company that handled that (poss fictitious) scenario horribly. CJL was a tough guy. Too tough for the wine and cheese Administration. Personally, I think he got screwed and tattooed which have prob stayed with him forever-Sad. I think he loved USF. For years now it has been an on again off again debate. So, here we are. Hopeful that maybe CJS will kick start this program ad move us forward to an elevated place where we should consistently reside. CJL had his faults, quirks, temper, etc but then, he brought USF some relevance early in our existence. Some people hate him-Some people love him and..some people don't even know who the hell we are talking about.

I won't attach to your post for obvious length of page reasons. But first NEB, missed you and your quirky, curmudgeon ways. Totally get where you are coming from regarding maintaining interest in all things USF. The distance and my age affect my interest. Repetitive losing seasons in FB and BB wear on you. The B12 fiasco was a slap in our faces. I gave up on the Alumni Assoc a couple years ago I figure let the new ones do it now, there's tens of thousands of them. Funny, they want you to be a Life member so, I did the buy in many years ago. But now, if you don't give annual $$ they won't put your name in the annual with members that do. I quit that last year. Little thing, but probably pushes more people away than bringing them in. Small things but add to that all the things you mentioned plus the losing...wears on you. TBP(most of the time) at least provides an outlet for friendly chatter, bitchin, moaning and carrying on and... you can even find some USF info. Anyway, missed you-you old fart-stay well

Was hoping Browns wouldn't trade him this year. Happy for him$$ now let the guy carry the ball so we can all cheer for him. He is so well suited for Clevland and the Dog fans...

I thought I remember reading something about climate controlled but wasn't sure ...... don't want it too comfy in there for them, though.
There goes our "play those northern teams on a sweltering Florida day" advantage. Now we will be just as hot as the competition.

Lucky Tier 13. Somewhere between "The best of the rest of the G5" and " A diamond in the rough". There's 13 guys and 8 jobs so let the crap shoot begin. Things will get interesting, and we are always hopeful.

Before this gets too far off topic, I think it's time to open the second crowdfund campaign. With our player countdown underway, please also reflect on our 2022 players as well as how we can help them with NIL offers from The Bulls Pen.
Question. How do we come up with just "1" player out of a hundred? Some new ones who may or may not be of value to this team haven't seen a rep as yet. If TBP sponsors just one will others feel screwed over? I realize its the nature of the NIL bit but it seems unfair and may piss some players off. That's my confusion/thoughts on this thing.

i loved this movie
Can see you're a sucker for an adventure- love story....I look at that and recall many years ago when Aids reared (sorry) its ugly head in the US. There was talk of the origin. Thought was, it had to do with a "unique" encounter between a human and a monkey(for real)??? This pic makes one think-don't one?
I know "off topic" but then again, the post/pic stimulates reaction. Maybe "off color" too

Nice hire. This will be an interesting sport to watch, see if we get competitive early on.

Yes, I've noticed that in the past there are quite a few folks listed. "Lurk", a signature word utilized by Dr. Paul Bearer...
