Ok you little comedian you but....I wasn't referring to your comment. I was looking at the pic and kinda semi-calculating how high the ridge might be and then--"tossed in some kicker nonsense". Hmmm? "Off your game"? Dont know about that, but you could ask your doctor or golf pro depending on which game it is??...

On their website, they have a map and do not show USF on their map.
no no no....I was referring to the distraction(there's a young lady there) map was furthest thing from my mind at that point. Oh you young'uns....

Give them, a roof over their head and 3 squares a day along with all the exercise they can stand. Oh yeah, a college degree too.

I think just use Artificial Intelligence. Bring a Bot on staff as an asst coach. It can do the perpetual conversation w/ the Worry Warts and Primadonna's. I can't imagine how tough it is to be a recruiter or coach nowadays.

Shrine Bowl-yes but this 1000? have no idea. Good group from USF but I can think of several others who should be listed.

That one medium sized boom lift prob has an 80' reach. Hard to say how high the roof is at the ridge. Guess if the kicked keeps his stuff to the center of the bldg he will be ok. They will prob have to perfect their line drive kicks and squibs. Of course, we all know the kickers will be off playing soccer somewhere. The great point of the building? They can practice when the weather sucks. No loss of practice days before games due to weather.

I think Timmy is fine as long as it seems like a true competition. If the coaching staff just gives Gerry the job I bet it pisses him off and he leaves, but if Gerry is just better throughout fall camp I think he'll accept it. Basing this off 2 things:
-Jimmy Horn tweeted about how some Seminole player should come join him and Timmy at USF. This was after Gerry transferred in. If Timmy was already pissed and wanted to leave I doubt Jimmy would be recruiting other players to come play with Timmy.
-Some USF fan account tweeted last week "Gerry to Horn 75 yard TD first play September 3rd". And Timmy's dad responded "So we have a starter without a competition?"
Let the drama begin....

Interesting coaching stance. Your QB takes you to the championship but then a few months later he no longer considered the #1 guy. ?? Hopefully, their loss and our gain.

Wonder if cbs called CJS about having his pic taken for an article and he said he was busy?? ET better be right with his prediction on the season or I'm taking my attaboyhorns back. With all the additions this season along with CJS experiencing a beating the past 2 seasons, maybe we will be ready to win. ??

It seems everyone is desperate to get out of this power 6 , why?
Because we dominated the AAC and are so much better than all the rest. No competition so time to move on to the SEC or ACC maybe even USFL??

Same conference unfortunately. Who would want to pick a team that's been lousy for a while with a proposed 35k stadium? If we get into a new conference the stadium needs to be bigger so that other team's fans can come watch their team and vacation at the same time. It should be 55k not 35k. Also, the IPF looks a bit like the one Oregon built in 1997. They have plans for a new one in 2026 that makes the old one look like a warehouse. You have to keep up with other schools' facilities. We are only playing catch up. Just my 2 cents.
which is only worth a penny in today's economy.

Always tough to know where the University of Southern Florida will end up?? Possibly it has something to do with obscurity?? Hopefully, we are on the right track to get into the Big Show-sooner rather than later.

If I had to guess, we haven’t seen the full extent of what will happen with prices.
Have to see what a dollar will buy? If it weren't for bad timing....But, at least this OCS is trying to get off the ground

I'm all about respecting opponents, but if we are worried about beating Howard (5-20 over the last 3 years, losing to Maryland 79-0 and 62-0 in the process) then we need to reassess this whole football thing. I realize that we lost once to McNeese State, but that McNeese State team went 10-2 in the regular season and was a respectable 7-4 the year before. Also, if we beat BYU, I can't begin to fathom a scenario where we lose to Howard. We could not attempt a single pass against them and still beat them by 10+ points.
Yep

That second game will not be close.
I do hope your projection is correct. Should....Should be a 30+point win that allows some of the backups to catch some time. Start the 1st units to hone their gameday timing/log some stats, then rest them after the big BYU (win) to get ready for UF.
-
USF will have to play every game ballsout all season if the losing culture is to get rectified. Yes, even Howard. Would hate to get humiliated by them. CLS will prob have his team ready to come back to his alma mater and do some damage. BYU(big game) FL(big game) Howard? We've had a lessor team hand it to us at home in the past when we weren't ready. Even a BYU win(wonderful) but a Howard loss(horrible)-would negate that win. Just sayin...Lots of talk BYU and UF with hardly a mention of the 2nd game speed bump in the road

That would be good. Some sort of social berm. I could get behind that a little bit more. Or some sort of flex space where temporary seating could be brought in for the bigger games. It is exciting discussing what an OCS is going to look like. I am looking forward to seeing it come to fruition.
Berms are always cool at the stadiums in the North--they don't have Fire Ants.
