  1. Cousins just got big then got UP with the rebound slam. He is playing very well thus far.
  2. "7'6 = 8'2" Is going to be his height with his arms up more than likely
  3. Tacko Fall has 4 PF and I think as many blocks so he is sitting now. Good for is because he is blocking everything in the paint
  4. JMM with the trey! 40-43 he can really shoot, he will look nice when he doesn't need to run the point 24/7
  5. Z got UP ON THAT!!!! Slamming it down! countered with a three by UCF 43-37
  6. Perry attacked the paint and Fall, 3 PF on him.
  7. With the 8th most difficult schedule, our losses have to really be considered as learning an experience as it gets
  8. Here is what I'm thinking from a critical stand point. UConn and SMU are ranked. Houston is playing well and there is also Memphis to consider. Next year these teams will be pretty much at par with where they are at so, that is 8 games right there that by analysis we probably shouldn't beat next year. So in order to break .500 we would then have to win all but 3 other games. I am a COA fan and a believer in a growing squad, but next year will also be a difficult run. I'd like for us to at least win 8 games, but I'm not holding to hope that we break .500. I'd like to see him keep his job though, to show consistency and growth. He is pulling in kids that are from Florida schools as well, if for nothing else, to help solidify our chances for Florida prospects. It will pay off, but not if we don't let him build a foundation. I think he is trying to grow a culture as well as win. It will be worth the wait.
  9. Santos puts in some good work on the boards though, he gets in decent positions when he is looking for the rebound. I'd love to see the kid get more playing time, I think he has fire. Tulio will also play next season and he is listed at the 4 I believe and Baxter is a tweener/stretch 4.
  10. http://www.tampabay.com/sports/basketball/college/future-appears-brighter-for-usf-mens-basketball/2260080 Good article with a little perspective on our current situation. Figured I would share with our community. Also, an article for All You Can Eat included in certain tickets, http://www.tbo.com/life/blogs/free-and-cheap/usf-basketball-tix-feature-all-you-can-eat-option-20160104/
  11. Well, I didn't hate what I saw at least. We need to find a way to create on offense... Not just so-so jumpers off pick and rolls
  12. Z hit the deck hard on that one. We need to move faster on the inside I think, or pull up faster. See seem to let the D set up in front of us and we just aren't winning the 1 v 1.
  13. It keeps saying user not authorized and I don't know why. Bills paid and this is where I've watched most of the games to this point :/
  14. Wanted to watch it but apparently I can't watch it on espnnews
  15. Xenophobic doesn't qualify, Puerto Rico is a US Territory. Not a sovereign nation. I'm letting this go now.
  16. His last paragraph specifically targeted Hispanic players, stating that we can't play on this level. Not to mention he blew off the fact that Puerto Rico is a US Territory and that Morillo is Dominican (you know, because all of us brown folk are the same anyway). I don't get offended by much, but I read that and twitched a little bit. Players from the US.... Two of the four Hispanics on the team are from New York btw, the other two are from the DR. If the majority of people think I'm seeing something that's not there then fine but the verbiage doesn't seem off? He might as well have said "I don't want to see any more of your kind on the court, you can't ball." If you can't ball you can't ball. "US recruit" or not.
  17. Firstly, there is a lot of anger in this post. Secondly, yes I stated the obvious. Thirdly, I feel this is about as racist a comment I've ever seen on this forum to date. Speaking as one of Puerto Rican descent. Btw, Karl Anthony Towns is Dominican. I don't know if you've ever heard of him but he is an alright kind of baller. I could be wrong though (PS: I'm not wrong) Btw we are playing with essentially bench guards. And Nuñez (I was working so I didn't see the game) has been on FIRE the past couple games. He's a 3, they generally aren't the best passers to begin with. We HAVE had that be a chronic problem for us though (lazy passes).
  18. Nuñez has really been getting it done the past 2-3 games. He has been a bright spot for sure and I'm hoping the extra practice and the commitment he has been showing is infectious. GO BULLS
  19. Who are you, what do you do, and can I be your apprentice. That Star Wars shirt is something I should have. I got a green USF hoodie w/ gold
  20. Houston, Uconn, and Memphis have all put up some serious points and won some great games. UConn is putting it ON Central Conn. without Brimah (spelling off). Mid we can steal a game or two or at least keep these games competitive I'll be happy. I would like to see how many of us we can get at a home game to make some noise. Make it feel like home, like our house.
  21. Yea, grow to be 6'10. Great, now I feel like a horrible human being.
