  1. Morillo needs to have a good shooting day. Like, he needs to spend all practice beyond the arc. Maybe Nuñez have an 18 pt game.
  2. On any given Sunday... And don't be the guy to say technically it's not a Sunday... Or football...
  3. He might get some good play time, he will be our only true Point. Peters has always been a 2 in an 1 body, Holston and McBuckets are natural 2s, and Thorpe reads as an energy guy but not a real point and not a great shooter for a 2.
  4. Anxiously awaiting, but it could be so much that I am at least keeping inside my skin for now
  5. Holston took a while to get going last season and post-ACL I am very cautious with my expectations of him. Feliz on the other hand has been doing his thing, every time I look him up he is dropping 25 points. He will be a lot of help.
  6. Some of these coaches, ECU's coach and Memphis off the top of my head, have had 5-6 years to build their team. Get continuity and progress freshmen to seniors. COA won't get that chance. Just let the guy put a **** team together! We were completely devoid of talent last year aside from AC (who wasn't a shooter btw), CAJ (suspended last three games), and Perry (out with heart condition), and somehow hold that with this horrible injury prone season and say screw it, bye. Who is supposed to want this job with a record of just evicting coaches every second year?
  7. This looks bad... Come on young fellas, lets get within a respectable point difference.
  8. Just got off work and checked the stats, glad to see an impending win for the Bulls. I don't care who the win is against, not many gave the kids credit when the SoS was among the toughest in the NCAA so I'll look the other way in regards to the rating of the opposing team tonight . Just glad to see Morillo shoot a high percentage. It's not happened often this season.
  9. Why is it I can find when other schools have visits, or a prospect visits another school, but sites never put if our coaches visit with a prospect?
  10. Aside from an undertone that suggests he hates all Spanish folk, he is so filled with anger it hurts my eyes.
  11. Which would be true regardless of who our coach is or how we are doing. Unless some stud coach knocks on the door and wants in, I say build from within.
  12. Yes, but we started to try and play some man, and actually they also tried playing a 1-3-1 for 2 games before Peters got hurt
  13. Copy. I am semi new at college ball, but I know in the pro game commentators and analysts destroy coaches mercilessly. I just haven't heard that toward COA.
  14. We can't rotate players. We have to play conservative defense because unlike most other teams we have a 6-7 man rotation.
  15. Heath also got 4-5 years, I'm just hoping for a real chance for COA. Other coaches and those that have been around the game forever are always saying great things about COA. We seem to be the only ones bashing him.
  16. And the culture, and the atmosphere. And we haven't had enough consistency to gain either of those two things. Well said, even though the last half is as equally true as disheartening.
  17. **** foreign players and their issues, what were Perry, Holston, and CAJ thinking! Oh wait.... I don't have high hopes for Manderson, but I hope Thorpe drops 10 dimes his first game, or 30 points so I can go off on you about this one. I'm also seeing more than 7 SMU players btw. oh otherwise, gr8 b8 m8
  18. Well last year we said the same about Guererro because he was playing very well. Peters was off to a rough start then injured and done. These kids fight, they just aren't winning. Of course you could make the point that it's his fault two of his players are hurt, Perry can't get his stuff together and was diagnosed with a heart issue last year, that CAJ broke league rules making him ineligible the last few games of last year, and that he has been trying to put together a piecemeal team.
