GAME DAY vs. Tulsa

USF will return to Raymond James Stadium for just the third time in the first six games. The Bulls have never lost to Tulsa, but the series has been close with all three previous meetings decided by eight points or less and the last a thrilling 25-24 come-from-behind Bulls victory at Tulsa in 2018. USF trailed by 14 in the fourth quarter in that game before scoring 15 straight for the win.

PRIMETIME: USF will be looking for its first ESPN primetime win since the No. 23-ranked Bulls pulled off a thrilling 25-24 victory at Tulsa on Oct. 12, 2018, two years ago almost to the week. USF has lost its last four ESPN primetime apperances, including going 0-3 last season, and is 11-13 all-time on Fridays. The Bulls are 19-27 overall in weekday games. This will be the first of two such scheduled games on the season. n HOME WIN 100: USF enters Friday night with a 99-51 (.660) all-time home record, with 93 of those victories occuring in Raymond James Stadium and six in the old Tampa Stadium.

IF HISTORY IS OUR GUIDE: USF has never lost to Tulsa in three previous meetings. Tulsa, which had its game last weekend at Cincinnati postponed (its third postponement of the year), has not played since a 34-26 upset of No. 11 UCF in Orlando on Oct. 3 and has not won back-to-back games since the 2016 season when the Hurricane went 10-3.

THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN: Entering the season, USF’s experienced offensive line (particularly the left side) was expected to be a strength. Through the first three games of the year, that line had yet to take the field together. They have in the last two, it’s no coincidence USF has produced its two best yardage games vs. FBS teams on the year, posting 398 yards vs. ECU and 324 at Temple. The Bulls are coming off their highest scoring game of the season (37 points at Temple) which came on the heels of their best passing game of the season (306 vs. ECU).

OK, OK.  Let's not having any "a slut" shaming here.  After all, USF spelled backwards is FSU and they both have been giving up the booty waaayyyyy to easily this season.

So this game is on ESPN tonight, and not ESPN+. Good thing we saved up all of our wins for tonight. I still know people who are watching the Rays game over the Bulls game tonight.
