USF is currently facing off against Drexel. They're chasing a score of 175, which is pretty high, but they're starting well.

175? That's 3 triple 20s. No problem. I love cricket!

Watch away. I'm wondering when we play the final if we win this match.

Checked with the team on their Facebook page. They won, will face Rutgers in the final.

Hope they pound them hard.

A USF team is playing for a national championship in a sport played by a billion people vs. Rutgers. That is all.

I'm just trying to learn rugby.  You'll have to post a 200 word primer on cricket for me to care, even if our Bulls are playing for a title.  For all I know a national title in cricket isn't even a good thing. :GoBulls:

Geez. OK guys fine you get one.

Cricket is composed of innings which is divided into overs. Each over has 6 balls. Each team bats until they complete all of the overs in their innings or they get all 10 of their batters out. The second team is chasing the score set by the team that bats first.

You can score between 1 and 6 runs off each ball, based on how many times you run down the pitch. You can score 4 or 6 runs if you hit the ball past the boundary (4 if on the ground, six if it clears the boundary without touching the ground).

Isn't this like the Bulls 4th  or 5th consecutive appearance in the finals? They beat Auburn for the National Championship a year before last or the year before that. I watched that championship match online.
