Let me inject some perspective....We have an overwhelming amount of data of the virus now...cases are rising...but the IFR% is dropping drastically...in addition to that, the hospitalization ratio continues to drop. Also, the age group that will be playing has almost a ZERO probability of dying if they play...By the way I consistently get fed bed data from a CTO of a nationwide hospitals across the nation and Florida and they are not concerned at this point with Covid patients overrunning the bed levels throughout Florida...that being said, I do not think we should have fans at games or a very low level because of the folks in a given age group that would be more susceptible to being hospitalized or dying from the virus...At this point, I think it is too early to say they are going to cancel the season...

And the probability of a player 18-22 dying is almost zero...since we are apparently analyzing coronavirus data...

Thank you...it is one thing to wake up turn on ANY sports show and literally 80% of the time or more is politically focused...and forget about the poison of Facebook or Twitter...

The data supports what I stated prior..the universities are referencing the same data I am and they are moving forward...so I would say yes...

The IFR that person is using is too high...it is in the same range as someone dying of an automobile accident...also assuming that rate of infection holds true as well...I would frankly be suprised if a player dies of this...

All of your points are valid...however, I have been burned by a OC implementing a new system...when you combine that with the lack of practice I am pretty concerned...now coaching can make up a big part of that gap, so we shall see...

I am right there with you...thankfully this board isn't as bad as the news or any sports show right now...where the majority of the time they preach how America is a bunch of racist and/or we will be consumed by Covid...it is driving me insane...

What is a shame is the absolute massive amount of people I come across that are alums but could give two craps about the university...if that could just be slightly turned that would make a giant difference in donor levels...

We quickly added a bunch of quality depth to the position of the past year...I was learning on Fortin and still am although Johnson could be the winner...McCloud could even push...the kid was really under developed and hadn't played the position very long...
