    Today marks the beginning of the 2006 tour de france. This will be one of the most interesting tours in recent years. With the retirement of 7 time winner Lance Armstrong, that left the door open to many riders that were always in his shadow. But, a recent development involving a doping scandal has eliminated many favorite riders such as Jan Ullrich and Ivan Basso. With this shake up, some of the not as familiar names are now possible contenders, such as Levi Leipheimer and Floyd Landis. It should be interesting to watch

    Seriously, it makes me mad. The worst was when we lost to Miami, and the Monday afterwards alot of people on-campus was wearing their $#!+.  >:(It made me so mad that they have the *audacity to wear that around at the school they attend while boasting about a school they only wish they could be at. GO BULLS or GO HOME!!

    Also, remember Tampa doesn't have an NBA team, so to make a fair assessment you need to take out all the Heat playoffs and championships. Who was the best football team in the state last yeat? J-A-G-U-A-R-S JAGUARS!!!!!

    The World Cup has turned into a joke. The games are no longer about who made great plays, but what the referees called. This will be just another game to a list of referee decided games. 1) USA v. Italy 2) South Korea v. Switzerland 3) Portugal v. Netherlands 4) Italy v. Australia

    There was a College Football preview magazine that I was breezing through. In the back they had some interviews with several college cheerleaders and I believe the young lady above was in there. What also caught my attention was that they said she was from "South Florida University", :. Good to see the green and gold across the nation

(Cheer & sundolls are not a choice for this question.) soccer (ultimate frisbee if it were a sanctioned sport) 2. Do you go to that sports games or did you while you were an undergrad/grad? yes/still undergrad 3. Which Men's sport NC do you wish to see first at USF - FB, Basketball or Baseball? football 4. Which team/university do you want that NC to be against? UF or UM (doesn't matter as much as being there) 5. Where do you want the NC to occur? Miami/ Orange Bowl

    We Americans have been wrong for many years now. The Earth does not revolve around the sun. Every 4 years, for one month in the summer, the Earth changes it's orbit and revovles around a mysterious sphere that is white and covered with black spots. How could we have been so wrong?

    Sorry, but you're only half right. US basketball is down right now, because the players don't play and they are cocky. I have a feeling Coach K will turn it around. He started off on the right foot by only inviting players he knew would work (not Iverson). Why do you think Puerto Rico got a bronze medal in Athens? Wasn't better players. It was a better TEAM.

    Why are US teams struggling internationally? Because, we no longer play the sport with purity. We use multi-million dollar athletes that are great, but do not understand the concept of a team or the concept of respect. Wish we could go back to the days of using college athletes instead of pros.

    Just take the results with a grain of salt. Remember we ended up playing in the "group of death". If we had been in a different group, we might have moved on. It is a dissapointment that we did go 0-2-1, but we'll be back in 4 years.
