I'll tell you why they wont let all 16 teams in, because they just added these crappy C-USA teams (including us, especially us) and they dont want to see us pollute the competition in the great tournament. I attended the BE champs. probably about 5 times in my life and it is the most exciting conference tourney. They want to keep it that way, so the doormats arent allowed in. herm - anyone whos goal is only to make the BE tounrey in the next 3-5 years is not a real Bulls fan. How about we make the NCAA tourney within 3 years and the BE tourney next year. If we cant do that Mac you better take a hike.

If you think preparations to play USF is the same as when UCONN or GTown comes in , you never played a sport in your life. They play down to us, do not want to get hurt, run different offenses and d's. Play backups and younger players to get more experience for when they get into the late season tourneys (you know like the BE tourney, and also the NCAA tourney and the NIT, both which we will not make again!) Like Ari would say. Laughable.

Next years class? Who have we signed? A couple of transfers? They must be soooo good that they are leaving their schools to come to powerhouse USF. HS recruits? After the first recruiting sessions, no much to brag about. Give hime time? How much more, another 3 years? How many wins? 3 or 4 in the BE. Not gonna cut it. Get your mind off of mediocracy and try to make the **** tournament for once. Please. Pretty please with sugar on top. (if anyone important is reading)

I actually think this is a great medium to get important people to hear our opinions.  To hear what fans and students think about our programs. . Its a shame that this site contains mostly the fans who paint themselves gold and green at the games, and not your average fan .  Because there would be A LOT more anti-mac opinions.  You know this and so do I.

Noone is saying it is unexceptable to have a losing record. But we are ALWAYS losing. All we are saying is that we need to be able to compete. Thats it, just compete. We are in the big east now. You need to bring guns to a gun fight, not sling shots. At peak, Mac can get us to the knife level, but we will fall short again. Herm - I feel bad for anyone on this site who has a similar opinion as I do. You will be made fun of and not know why, then probably leave the site. Sorry guys. The chat room is great and I predict the TBP.com Supreme Defenders of Bulls Country, aka Mac's kids, will have the same winning percentage as the Bulls do in the BE, after a keep em or dump em, Mac debate. Capko has probably played basketball his whole life. He can bring the ball up. You cannot use one single guy as a scapegoat for this upsetting season. Its a team failure, starting at the helm with the athletic depart. for poor marketing of the bball team, to rmc with the clipboard, to the fans. We are all to blame.

IU is most likely going to make the tournament this year. Talk about injuries his big man DJ White who is astar has been out all year. The fans at IU are the worst, they want Alfrod from IOwa because he went to IU and thats the only reason. Davis had Dwight Howard going to IU, imagine that guy went to college, IU would be in the final 4 . I agree with you that he is a bad coach, but sometimes recruits can go very far. Im sure his chances of coming to usf are slim but he will coach a power conference team next year. He would definitely work out here though

Wow I didnt know it was from the womens team. Thats hilarious. They disciplined AJ Price who sat out last year with a brain hemorage and now suspended this year for being the ring leader of the stolen laptops. He was a predicted starter, but had to make an example of someone. Similar to Laverneus Coles and Peter Warrick at FSU. Without Marcus Williams they would still be nasty, there 12th man is like our 2nd or 3rd best player. With AJ Price they would be disgustingly nasty. Thats the luxury of depth.\ herm

Was probably at every home game Reggie ever played in.  Was very good friends with Artur Reeves Ced Smith and a few other guys.  Thats when we competed and I attended games.  Couldnt pay me to go now.  herm - Im sure you sense the little more anger and hostility in this post because you are insulting my character and dedication to usf.  Please do not get it twisted.

Velcro its not a lie. I know the guy, LDD doesnt, he met him at my place the other day. I dont know if i even fully believe it, I was just told by a friend who works with the team everyday. Bulliever, Im not part of a triple team, I post completely seperate from LDD and Reuben, even though they are friends of mine and tend to have the same opinions as me, just a little more harsh than I am. I read the article, personally I like Capko for the same reason I like MAc. They both look like great guys. They both seem dedicated to get the job done, the problem is they are not getting it done. I say give Mac one more year, Im all for it, BUT if an oppurtunity arises where we can get Huggs or another top tier guy, I say go for it. Sorry its my opinion and Im sticking to it.

I have no reason to lie to you. The point is Capko doesnt have a scholarship. He is the most dedicated player to the team, they promise him one every semester and he doesnt get it. Look it up. Did Seals get a scholarship? Yes Does Capko have one? NO Case and point, look it up.

Kid is definitely very gutsy. The problem is Mac is all over his case, puts a lot of blame on him. I heard this from an employee of the basketball team. If you dont believe me I dont care. Said Capko is so afraid to shoot and make mistakes because of mac. He said, Capko took a shot wide open shot with time left on the shot clock once and told him enjoy your last 8 or 9 games at USF. Complete jerk. They give his scholarship away every year and semester to someone else. He is the most dedicated player on the team, but since he is no good he gets no scholarship. Instead they give them to guys like David Seals and other losers who quit or get kicked off the team before the season starts.

My bad, I meant Boston College. They are #3 and Miami was #4 they must have recently lost.
