  1. Things at USF will be ok after they get their first check from the BCS payout.
  2. Those boxes look really nice. I just wish I could afford one at WVU. We just added 19, and there is still a waiting list for them. Possible expansion teams mentioned - Army, Navy, ND, C-USA teams and MAC schools Army and Navy should remain independent. Unless we can get another BCS team (PSU) to leave their conference, we will probably have to geta team from C-USA. I don't think any MAC teams would work. ND is still a dream. Some of the other BE teams are having problems filling their schedules. The ADs want to add another team to the conference for scheduling. However, WVU does not have that problem with 10 annual opponents. Thanks.
  3. That looks nice. How many corporate boxes will it have?
  4. I think it would be good for USF to have a "natural" rival in the conference. Navy and Army should stay independent. ND and PSU would be great, but not realistic. Memphis is too far west and ECU gets the scraps in the Carolinas. I think UCF is making the investments needed for BE facilities.......imho.
  5. WVU will not be overlooking USF with a BCS bowl on the line.
  6. I'll have to check out Lot 8. I hear the eye candy is pretty nice. Thanks. 8)
  7. Hey Bulls - We have a bunch of folks coming down to Tampa for the USF vs. WVU game. I'm flying down myself. Where's the best place to tailgate around the stadium? I'd like to see how well you guys tailgate. Thanks, Mtneer001
  8. Thanks. My uncle lives in Clearwater Beach, but he won't want to drive. $70 for a rental doesn't sound too bad... 8) I hear the scenery is nice.

  11. Where should I stay at in Tampa? I have my list down to these hotels. Comfort Inn - Conference Center Courtyard Tampa Holiday Inn Express Doubletree Airport Marriott Thanks
  12. I was wondering what the chance might be that USF and its supporters could help the Big East get a bowl in the Tampa area. Any thoughts? Btw, I'll be coming down for the USF vs. WVU game in October. My uncle lives in Clearwater and an ex lives in St. Pete. Cheers! "Mountaineers are always free"
  13. Can you add something about the seafood restaurants? I"m looking for a good place to get lobster. And since I'm a bachelor, any adult entertainment would be helpful 8). My relatives live in Clearwater and I have some friends in St. Pete, so any after hours activities would be nice.
  14. Thanks for the replies. I haven't figured out where I'm going to stay yet. I hear the Wyndham and Mariott hotels are nice in Tampa. My uncle lives in Clearwater and I have a "friend" in St. Pete. I suppose I will take Southwest or Air Tran from RDU to Tampa. See you in October.

  17. I'm going to go to the WVU-USF game. This will be my first trip to Tampa. Can anyone recommend a good hotel to stay at in the Tampa area? My uncle lives in Clearwater and I have a "friend" in Largo. I'd like to stay near a nice beach but still be relatively close to Ray Jay. Also, I want to go out Saturday night after the game.
