1. Q-U-A-R-T-E-R-B-A-C-K 2. Size on both lines 3. Tackling 4. Discipline 5. Youth 6. LBs and DBs Regarding marketing: As I've always said, an empty seat wont buy a hot dog and a beer. An empty seat wont tell their friends how much fun they had at the game. An empty seat wont go buy a Bulls shirt before the game starts. Our marketing dept sucks. I love the idea of inviting area high school teams. How bout that empty section in the south end zone? Why is it always empty????? Fill it up with 3 or 4 high school teams per game. How cool would it be to have football players from THIS area sitting next to the opposing fans and hangin out on the south end zone plaza? The BIGGEST need for this team though is radio exposure. I live in Brandon. 570am gets fuzzy, it seems, 3 miles away from the stadium. 570am is a christian radio station. I didnt even know 570am EXISTED until USF games were broadcast on their station. I know they cant be on 620am due to their contract with the sorry ass Gators, but damnit let's get the Bulls on SOME kind of station that the average radio listener might "find by accident"....ie: an FM station or even 1010 again. Until this happens, we'll be bush league.

I'd rather him NOT hang out with the QB coach/Offensive coordinator.... Dont wanna start any bad habits, now do we?

Well, at least ONE hole on the OLine will be filled...........now as for the other 2..... ??? Oh, and how about we recruit some SIZE up front during the offseason? Looking at the BEEF on the Pitt OLine was.....

Have you EVER made a critical statement about the USF football program? We could go 0-10 and youd STILL say "we have the best program in college football...blahlahblah" Open your eyes my friend.

He was a great RB at Durant High School. (my former high school  ::goodbye:: ) He switched to DB in the spring due to the number of quality RBs we apparently had. So I'll give him a pass for this year. Next year however, he needs to show improvement, and given the time in the offseason, I believe he will.

I liked what I heard from Leavitt on the post game show. He was very matter of fact, very determined, and very straight forward in saying that changes will be made to make the Bulls a better team next year. He was also very confident in the players that have been already recruited to fill the obvious holes that we have. All that being said, the offensive coordinator shouldve been fired about 8 weeks ago, so let's hope he's the 1st one gone. My inside sources confirm this, because the players themselves believe that the offensive coordinator is...well...terrible. I think we should take it a step further and fire the QBs coach as well. Since Blackwell's freshman year, name me ONE QB who has either been a threat to give Blackwell some competition or had anyone really excited to take over for him when his career was over.

Me and the woman went walknig at halftime and came back to an empty section. Apparently, my friend Tom said something to one of the players......but not exactly what the cop "heard" him say. This cop, who we've never seen before at Bulls games(we usually have the same cop, Deputy Donut), decided to have a power trip and get Tom and another one of my friends thrown out. What an idiot.

I'm kinda likin the idea of the early game.... As much as I enjoy hangin out for 7 hours before the game, saturdays usually end up being a complete waste.

1. With some tough losses - what will make this a productive season for you? Nothing. It's a wasted season as far as I'm concerned. And it probably will hurt this year's recruiting class. 2. Do you feel Jim Leavitt has been a successful coach for USF? Absolutely. That being said, he need not stand pat and be satisfied. He MUST make some tough decisions regarding the coaching staff if he hopes to a) keep his job and further grow the program 3. Do you feel USF football has been successful to this point in time? Absolutely. I'm very disappointed in this season's football team. I think we sat back during the Marquel Blackwell era and forgot to recruit a suitable replacement. I also think that, looking back, we overachieved in the MB era and that may have gave us a false sense of how good we were and we had unrealistic expectations for the next few years.......which is, um, now. 4. What do you feel will make this program successful in the next five years? (Bowl game appearance? Conference champion? National Champion?) Perennial contention for the Big East title. Which, will make all those other things fall into place. 5. Do you feel football or basketball will ultimately have more success once we join the Big East? Um, yeah. That's a pretty stupid question, actually. So I'm not gonna answer it.
