  1. I would rather see the Marquette, Mich St game
  2. When we host 1st and 2nd round next yr and when we host the womens final four, will they use the USF floor or the St. Pete Times floor that was used for the ACC Tourney. Would be nice to get some free pub.
  3. What if coaches who are currently coaching in the tourney want to apply, shouldnt they extend the deadline to the end of the tourney.
  4. You read the paper Bjonas16 at work? Must be nice to have all that time on your hands
  5. I disagree with a few things that have been done, but that caller did not know his ass from his head, I wish someone would have called in to refute, unfortuatly because I was @ work I could not.
  6. HAHAHAH, I just wanted to C how long it could last on the main board.
  7. Listening to Rome and all of sudden Greenie's mother-in-law calls into the show, they start talkin about the whole Greenie Family. BTW she did not get racked.
  8. Fantastic, every more reason to give coaches to not want to come to USF. We get an opportunity to host something and we cannot because of an outside event taking place, what a joke that is. Is there another Big East school that this would happen to?
  9. Why is the site to be determined, if you look at the bracket every 2nd round site is set but ours and one more, shouldn't be a given that it will be played at the sundome. http://www.womensnit.com/Bracket%203-8-07.pdf
  10. Where is Lavin, & Majerus...............some bigger names than that on the current list??
  11. Lets win the WNIT and show the country what a big mistake that was made
  12. Why did he lose @ UMASS, UMASS had a great program when Cal was there, why couldnt he do the same thing? I don't know about bringing someone in who did not win somewhere else and was fired.
  13. After looking over the bracket, some interesting matchups. Marquette draws a tough first round opponent in Michigan St, it could either way. Va Tech and Greenie have Illinois in the 1st round, I feel bad for Greenie, since when is Illinois an 11 seed, probably only this yr. If everything goes accordingly Memphis will play the Ville in the sweet 16, a matchup for old time sake. & UCLA will play PITT in the sweet 16, Ben Howland coaching his old boys. What are your 5-12 upset of the bracket? Is there a George Mason of this yrs tourney?
  14. I went yesterday as well and sat lower level, center ct, for $20. Just waited until right before tip to purchase the ticket, a ton of supply and not enough demand.
  15. On the day we part ways with RMC, Seth is in Tampa, coaching again.  :
  16. I JEWBULL, will give our new coach 2 seasons to get us to the BE Tourney and make us a respectable program in college basketball. At approx 800K per yr, if it is not accomplished, his head will be called for, because losing is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
  17. With Mac (no disrespect to him) but we got what we paid for, $200k a yr, and that is why I feel he lasted 4 yrs, now we are going to have to pony up about $700-800K per yr for a coach, I am sure this guy will have a shorter leash, when paying a high premium for someting you expect quicker results from it. It will be interesting to see who we bring in and who even wants to come here.
  18. That is th 19th school to make a coaching change. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/news/story?id=2644537 Division I men's basketball coaching changesESPN.com A rundown of Division I head coaching changes for the 2006-07 season: A Change At The Top TEAM OLD COACH Colorado Ricardo Patton -- Story Denver Terry Carroll -- Story Evansville Steve Merfeld -- Story Georgia State Michael Perry -- Story Harvard Frank Sullivan -- Story Hawaii Riley Wallace -- Story Illinois State Porter Moser -- Story Indiana State Royce Waltman -- Story Liberty Randy Dunton -- Story Minnesota Dan Monson -- Story New Mexico Ritchie McKay -- Story Quinnipiac Joe DeSantis -- Story Radford Byron Samuels -- Story San Diego Brad Holland -- Story Santa Clara **** Davey -- Story Southern Utah Bill Evans -- Story St. Bonaventure Anthony Solomon -- Story Utah Ray Giacoletti -- Story
  19. Athletics/Sun Dome probably still would not let the students storm the court, despite it happening in every single game in the country where a team clinches a spot in the tourney. Is it me or is just USF trying to take the fun out of winning a big game, because whether its a big school or small one I see students storming the court and field every fall for football and winter/spring for basketball. Storming 10 minutes after the game is over, does not count, like the upset of ND this yr. I feel very lucky to have stormed the field when I was a student for upsets of Southern Piss and Louisville in football (despite the broken wrist, well worth it), I feel bad for todays students who are unable to get that expierience, however I still feel if it is done right then no cop at the sun dome, or rent-a-cops and RJS could stop thousand of students going over at one time.
  20. Just heard Travis Henry spent the night in Denver and the Broncos are tryign to get a deal done with him, how many RB's do most teams carry on their active game roster?
  21. Mincberg Homes comes through once again!!
  22. Hold that though, the Snake just said they he rather retire that play for the Bucs according to WDAE
