lol TAMU to Big 10 rumors are just message board click bait. But would put big10 in Texas and get TAMU away from UT who they loathe (part of the reason they went to the SEC lol). I guess I could see it as a tiny possibility, but unlikely.

Don’t see AM leaving SEC to join BigTen even as much as they dislike Texas. The SEC fits them perfectly and it isn’t about money.

I think BigTen next adds are in the state of Florida. The question is who? FSU isn’t AAU, but is close to it. Miami is AAU and fits BigTen, but still is a small private school and hasn’t done much lately. USF right now is a long shot, has pluses of being AAU, large Public School in easy to travel area. But we need to step up in football and basketball. The longer this takes 3-5 years, the better our window to step up in getting attention.

  2. No. Plus the next game at Charlotte will be tough. Lose that and our stay won’t be long in Top 25.

Finish strong win remaining three, get to AAC Championship Game and we may have a shot if we lose a close one there.

    Otherwise is winning the Tournament

We probably haven’t heard much about USF recently because nothing is happening or people actually in the know aren’t tweeting about high level negotiations or plans.

Realistically, nothing is going to happen this round until the FSU v ACC lawsuit is resolved. Obviously that could take time, and it’s still in the early stages of fighting over which court will hear it. The top ACC teams appear to be the big catch this round of expansion, and we’re stuck waiting for a lifeline when the dust settles.

USF isn’t moving until the ACC situation clarifies as you mentioned. With that said, that’s not bad for USF. We need to keep improving on all sides.

1.Football in 2024 and 2025, winning in conference and CFP entry would be huge. Beating Miami at home.

    2. Win in basketball again next year and get into NCAA Tournament.

    3. Keep moving on OCS timelines

    4. Build up attendance in both football and basketball

    5. Keep football and Basketball coaches

    6. Keep top athletes thru NILdeals

If USF can do most if not all of the above in next two years, it will stand a great shot at moving up to ACC and even a longshot at BigTen

I watched the last couple of FAU games and what worries me is they are fast, very fast and they are very good in transition. But that was pretty clear to see and we should be well prepared.

Watching them vs Temple, I saw that helping them and hurting them. It allowed Temple to get back in game. Their plan is simple, play fast and have their talent win out.

This is a game I would like to see USF keep around 70 points for winner. Goldin looks like a major A$$ and we really have a bad match up there. Double team him and you open up their three point shooters, Pryor is big enough but is not a good physical match up and Walker’s size will also be a bad match up.

It will be interesting to see how Coach tries to deal with this problem. I think using Pryor’s outside shooting and ball handling to make Goldin spend energy in playing defense will be a priority early on.

  5. Today he had players playing 94 out of a total 200 minutes that gave him a total of 4 points.

I agree, there might be a mass replacement next year, too many aren’t contributing and don’t seem to be getting better.

I also would like us to go after more girls in the US
