    Where has that gotten us? Like I said, I don’t believe in the system. I know the social media stuff and jerseys are for someone.

    This is going to be harsh, but I don’t believe in rewarding/giving people things when they don’t need it. The social media and publicity shenanigans can be used for school work and practice. These teams don’t need multiple uniforms, they need an away set and a home set. They don’t need anything but the bare bones until they start performing.

    Faculties of course. Stadium wasn’t and is not the problem for this team. Charlie complained and whined about any and everything he could. But Charlie was a major part of the USF problem. It wasn’t our facilities. You won’t be able to find tape of Charlie on the sidelines, but if you watched him he was checked out. That said, I wouldn’t mind a stadium, I was a little pissed with this teams performance. But there are other teams who kick ass and wear the green and gold. Sorry for my anger.

    I’m looking at fundamental improvements. **** I could run a four second forty when I was in my twenties. It’s not about athleticism, it’s about how you use what you have. It’s about making gains and figuring it out. You can’t be happy with this. Come on.

    I would love a win, but I’m being honest with myself and what I’m seeing. A win is not what I need to see improvement from last week. Tell me where this amazing improvement was? Was it in our amazing tackling? Was it in our blocking for the quarterback? Was it the dropped passes? Was it the play calls that made no sense? I don’t expect a win for improvement.

    We’re you okay with Charlie Strong asking for more? I will tell you I was yelling at Charlie in that 2018 season and people thought I was crazy.

    I will agree with the majority of this, but what major strides were made today? I think strides have been made since last season, but we fire on a half of our cylinders a lot of the time.

    If it happens I will be out of this world excited. That said, this team has serious problems. You can have the most athletic people in the world, but if they don’t know how to use that athleticism it doesn’t matter. If the coaches don’t know how to use what the players have, it doesn’t matter.

    We don’t need an on campus stadium. We need a school and football mentality change. Let’s stop rewarding this behavior and performance and give it to other programs. Let’s make these coaches work and stop asking more from the school and us.

    Remember when people in the forum thought we would win 4 to 7 games this season? They weren’t watching the USF football team. That was hope talking.

    The quarter back isn’t the issue. Like I’ve stated before, this forum likes to focus on quarterbacks. We need players to step up. All it takes is a couple on both sides of the ball.

    This forum rips quarter backs like they are the sole position. That is my point. Most important position or not, we (this team)are only as good as your team. The QB Role doesn’t run and morph into every other position on the field. Like I said, this forum can get very comical. Thanks for your rebuttal.

    Before joining the forum, I read the posts for a couple of years. Many people on here focused solely on Jordan and the QBs last year without calling out the many problems on this team. The whole group needs improvement. It’s also sometimes a drain watching people not see the big picture. It’s almost comical how people disregard the problems we have.

    Once kegs are allowed and couches burn, no one will want to mess with USF fans in the bull ring. Whatever happens, let the good times roll (come back).
