    I don't recall putting any qualifiers on the size of programs when referring to athletic directors speaking publicly about conference realignment. The Three stooges do not impact the fact that a university president, who is typically the AD's boss, is making public statements regarding the impacts of conference realignment on their university. With regards to USF specifically, in my opinion, silence is worse than a cheesy canned corporate response.

    I'll help you out a little.... I know 365 sports are a bunch of Baylor Homer's, but they just had the University of Baylor President, Linda Livingstone, on the show speaking about conference realignment and it's overall impact on the university. It's on YouTube live right now.

    Of course they they are monitoring the situation and obviously trying to put us in the best position, but during times of uncertainty it's good to be visible as a leader and not hiding under a rock. That's all I'm trying to say.

    Dead serious, there have been numerous ADs around the country that have been vocal regarding the topic. How hard is it for the athletic department to put together a three sentence statement and blast it out?Acknowledgment and reassurance goes a long way. " Dear bulls Nation, as many of you are aware, the landscape of college football is undergoing drastic changes. Rest assured, we are monitoring the situation extremely closely. The situation remains fluid and we will ensure that USF athletics is in the best position when the Domino's start falling"

    Agreed, apparently there isn't much value put on a full ride scholarship these days. Let's just go full-idiocracy and get it over with.

    I can't begin to answer that question without knowing what they new ACC 2.0 deal would look like. After the dust settles, the Big 12 could be, if not already, in position as the third best conference from a monetary perspective. Not sure if the ACC 2.0 would be able to compete with B12 money.

    Agreed. Bottom line, we have ZERO conference championships in football. People can whine and complain as much as they want, but that's the reality we're in. We're not better that anyone, until we can prove it.

    I am taking the swirling rumors with a grain of salt. That said, it seems FSU is highly motivated to find a way out of the ACC.

    I appreciate the work you guys are putting in! I'm not a saint by any means, but I know a lot of us in here have families with children, so keeping the language somewhat family friendly might help appeal to the masses (says the guy with gold bull nutts as his profile pic). Go Bulls!
