  1. Coach sting on WDAE this morning was pretty dismissive of seeing all three in the first week. Also mentioned that all have a different skill set but then said that BB is big with a strong arm, BK has a strong arm and CO can move with his arm and feet. Take what you will from that. He stated that they wanted to make a decision soon.
  2. Frost and Heuple have had two completely different career paths. Frost was great at Oregon and probably would have gotten that job had he stayed. Heuple was fired at Oklahoma by Stoops so he could hand the reigns to Lincoln Riley. I can't really speak for you guys but everything I watched and read about Frost has known about his talents much longer than two years. In short, it’s a little far fetched to assume that Heuple will be able sustain Frost like success.
  3. This, UCF could go 40-0 and still get left out. The committee gives zero ***** about how upset anyone would be when they leave any G5 team out for a P5 opponent. What are they going to lose? The G5 teams leaving D1A....... That's what they want. If a G5 team gets the OOC schedule they need to make a case, they would still need a year where the P5 cannibalized itself. I'm not upset about it either, it is what it is. I accepted that the day they made the distinction.
  4. He is a Jr on the field but he got his degree, which is why he can play right away.
  5. Bottom line, you can't just assume that Milton will be the same player because in JH's air raid offense, he's not being asked to do the same things as what Frost asked him to do. They may still put up numbers but there is more risk for error and turnovers.
  6. The spread option is an offensive scheme that works at all levels of football. The key to a successful option attack is a smart and athletic QB that can make the correct reads. This new phenomenon has sparked some controversy with football purists, stating that the option hurts a QB's development as a pure pocket passer. Less focus is placed on their footwork and progressions, and more is placed on agility and knowing which defender to read
  7. lol again if you don't get what i'm saying just keep it to yourself. He doesn't have to read a defense just one player. You put him in a situation to choose option A or B and you take the other. you don't have to read any one else but that one player and you set everyone else up with numbers. here: https://www.underdogdynasty.com/2015/2/21/8008763/what-exactly-is-the-spread-option
  8. Its where you isolate a defender and make him make a decision. Great spread option coaches do it well. I don’t have time for a film study. It’s the same stuff he did with Mariota, which is why people questioned if he could a pro QB. Don’t call me dumb if you don’t get it.
  9. Frost also put him in a lot one decision, win win situations.
  10. this is true but in a typical practice, the 1's v 1's reps usually occurs in that last 10 percent.
  11. Yeah, I think they will end up creating more challenging roughs. I'm not sure what the answer will be. But, there is an excitement level to watching players make those recovery shots vs the traditional path and golf needs all the excitement it can get. I do think its fun watching all these young kids who are built like classic Tiger compete against him though.
  12. If they are wide open...God I hope a D1 QB can throw a TD
  13. Also to be fair, there has been no report that Kean has faced the starting D either.
  14. That's true, until you do what Tiger did on 17. Its not like Koepka was trying to miss the fairway.
  15. Welcome, Lots to do on here. When you get a chance check out our club and see if any interest you. https://www.thebullspen.com/clubs/
  16. https://www.perfectgame.org/Players/Playerprofile.aspx?ID=461331 already touching low 90's
  17. Is there a buy-in? I joined and went to dues and its said it didn't owe anything.
  18. The only thing I can really take from this is that he is in a different situation than Taggart, therefore it would be unfair to assume he would do the same thing.
