    You're right in that they simply wrote little if nothing about USF in Orlando because USF was winning. However, when USF was losing, they wrote tons of crap articles about USF. Please don't tell me how you forgot about the USF is a dumpster fire article from the Slantinel. I guess I just don't understand anyone reposting any of their articles. They are almost always slanted in favor of UCF. Even the article about receiving government money for improvements and housing. They cited how UCF finished "3rd" out of the "11" Florida Public Universities. Then don't mention it in the headlines and only one sentence tells you that USF finished "2nd" behind FSU. Bah!!!!

    My "Hissy" isn't with the posting of the article. When I wrote "Thanks Captain Obvious", it was intended for the writer of the article. The article goes on to mention some positive things but, mainly it mentions the negatives about the program. That's why I mentioned UCF. It seams that the media entities here love to shat on USF but, tend to leave hands off on UCF. It is something that has been bothering me since 2010.

    Articles like this remind me of the tale of two Chef's. There once were two Chef's whom ran a restaurant together. They worked long hours to gain praise for their business. Then one day a renown Food Critique sampled some of their cuisine. One of the Chef's got rave reviews yet, ten minutes later he was dead. He had been killed by the other Chef in the kitchen. When asked why he had killed his friend and business partner, the other Chef said; "I didn't mean any harm. I was just patting him on the back. I totally forgot I had a knife in my hands."

    Thanks, Captain Obvious. Please don't let the fact that we're attempting to get our program into a Power Conference stop you from raising our faults into the stratosphere. I'm sure you'd do the same for UCF. Oh wait, you wouldn't. Pus Buckets!!!!!

    The projection with USF and UCF was based on them having contracts with different media entities. Together, those entities cover the entire state. So the theory is that by adding both, you could get carriage fees for the entire state where by adding just one would not. It's not my theory, just one that has been reported.

    Actually, I believe that USF alone with the combination of a Big 12 Schedule would be able to pull the appropriate numbers in Florida within a year or two.

    First off this article is trash. It was already revealed by the Big 12 and Fox that their contract allows for expansion to 12 teams at status quo. So there would be no pay cut to the other members of the Big 12. Secondly, it was already shown that the state of Florida was worth $80 million in subscriber fees. Maybe USF by it's self doesn't pull all of Florida but, USF and UCF combined gets the nod any day of the week. Note this additional revenue would more interest Fox then ESPN as ESPN already has UF and USF under contract. So yeah, this article is hilarious.

    We've received our Big 12 invite but, they're waiting for the rest of the invites to be excepted to announce? Maybe they're changing the color scheme in the restrooms again?

    Yeah I heard that too. I think it was around the 2007 or 2008 season. The issue was that we didn't have matching luggage at the time and DW didn't want us to use assorted carry-ons.

    I for one just wish the Big 12 would pull the trigger and add the entire eastern division of the American and call it a day.

    OH man!!!! We could actually hit 10 wins. That's right. Maybe not UConn but, we could roll ECU and beat Tulsa then win one Conference Tournament game and that's it.

    Our Defense has taken it's toll on them. They look tired. That in it's self is a pleasant surprise.

    This is an "Oh **** moment". Perhaps this is the turning moment for the Basketball team that we witnessed last year for the Football team. It's just an exciting game to watch.
