    Why does USF always get screwed in every realignment scenario? Would be nice if VP Michael Kelly would finally work his connections! I guess that is why this thread is 3395 pages and continuing to power on!

    VP Michael Kelly is so inept. When he was hired, all I heard about was all of his great connections and how that would get us into a Top Conference. Now it appears that once again, USF will be left without a chair when the music stops. We will be stuck in the pathetic AAC conference. What a joke we are!

    Rather than pages upon pages of ramblings, is there any actual rumors / news on the 4 AAC teams interested in the PAC 4? Not sure I am all that excited with the PAC 4, especially with their lame TV deal with Apple TV. VP Kelly can't do better than that?

    It is amazing to me how inept Michael Kelly is. Kelly was hired primarily based on his alleged great relationships with the ACC. Kelly was supposed to make in roads in getting us into a Power 5 conference but has failed miserably. Yet all this expansion talk with teams going everywhere and yet no discussion about USF. Why is USF always left out like a loser! The AAU status is not a factor in any of this as we are not getting into Big 10. AAU status is highly overrated in expansion. just amazing to me how inept USF Athletics and Michael Kelly is with everything!

    @Triple B as each of those Pitchers were unsuccessful as Freshmen, Mohl should have brought in a few veteran transfers from the Portal to help out. Instead he relied fully on the young pitchers who got torched all year!

    @olafberserker Although many of the younger Pitchers (i.e. - Dietz, both Minks, Grause, etc.) came from great local programs and had great records in high school, their results were extremely poor. These young pitchers have had 2 years at USF and are not going to all of a sudden turn it around. Mohl's biggest issue was solely relying on the younger pitchers to develop and they each failed. Based on this unsuccessful relying on failed pitchers, I have no confidence in Mohl and he should be fired!

    Correction, even worse at 21-39! I am really tired of USF accepting underperforming coaches! Golesh is such an improvement over CJS is a great start. With the horrendous pitching this year and terrible record, I have NO confidence Coach Billy Mohl can turn this around. There is not more than 1 or 2 pitchers that were D-1 material. Fire Billy Mohl and hire a coach that can succeed!

    I know East Carolina has played a couple extra inning games, but they are really extending their Pitchers. Shenkman usually pitches less than 2 innings and now has thrown 3.

    Of the 18 or so young pitchers on the current roster, a majority obviously do not have the talent to be successful at USF. There will be massive turnover next year on the Pitching staff. Mohl's main problem is he gambled that most of these Pitchers would improve in 2nd year (i.e. - Grause, Dietz, H. Mink, Pundsack, etc.). Obviously, Mohl's strategy has failed miserably. The only Pitchers on the current staff with any talent are Cebert, E. Brown and maybe Gailey & Tanner Mink. As Mohl's supposed strength is Pitching, it is pathetic that he thought this collection of Pitchers would succeed.

    @Gatorbull325 This Depth Chart is an excellent tool to review. As it is difficult to scroll through all the pages in this thread, is the depth chart pinned at top somewhere? When reviewing this, it is just amazing to me how many transfers are on the 2 Deep for us. Seems like 75% are transfers! Nice job putting this together!

    @Triple B Dude, look at our depth chart and you will see it is accurate assessment. Maybe then you can provide informed replies. CJS was a pathetic recruiter.

    The transfer of WR Ajou Ajou is ridiculous. Dude was so overrated and he is already transferring again LOL Our starting lineup is going to be made up almost entirely of Transfer Portal players. CJS could not recruit at all!

    Demetrius Carter appears to have just entered the Transfer Portal. Didn't he just enroll in January as WR Recruit? Wow, that was fast! Transfer Portal is ridiculous!
