Of the 18 or so young pitchers on the current roster, a majority obviously do not have the talent to be successful at USF. There will be massive turnover next year on the Pitching staff.
Mohl's main problem is he gambled that most of these Pitchers would improve in 2nd year (i.e. - Grause, Dietz, H. Mink, Pundsack, etc.). Obviously, Mohl's strategy has failed miserably.
The only Pitchers on the current staff with any talent are Cebert, E. Brown and maybe Gailey & Tanner Mink.
As Mohl's supposed strength is Pitching, it is pathetic that he thought this collection of Pitchers would succeed.
