I thought Willie was a good hire because he filled the cupboard and we got paid when he left.  I think he has shot his wad though and certainly don’t want him back, but at the time he did exactly what we needed and compared to the other 3 he is a god.

We get paid per the contract he signed with us.  Unfortunately his buyout is a lot less than our end of it.
