Both men and women will play a 20 game conference schedule where all teams play each other twice.

Just curious why you don’t like it. It’s a difference of two more conference games than last year. I don’t know enough about BB scheduling to know if it’s good or bad.

I don't see anything stating the can not play nonconference games, but there is this comment from Aresco

"This format provides a sensible and fair path for all of our men's and women's basketball teams in what will be a challenging upcoming season," said Aresco. "It allows each of our teams to play a consistent number of conference games and will ensure that they are competing against teams that are utilizing our strong health and safety protocols."

Yeah thats a hazy comment.  Kind of like lawyer speak.  There has been no announcement that there wont be.

But like everything else in 2020.  All bets are off.  Everything is fluid.

Because I’m assuming that cooks the non-league schedule.

Yeah once I saw others asking the same question on non conference games I figured. I looked on line and saw no comment about non conference games. Like you I hope that’s not the case.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
