3.  Only job I ever accepted immediately was the first part-time job I applied for while I was in high school.  Strong has a family.  While he was interviewing, I'd expect the wife and kids were out and about.  They need to get back together and discuss whether the family wants to live in the Tampa area.  They also will discuss the parameters of the deal, and talk to the attorneys.  It isn't nearly as simple as a one hour meeting and an immediate offer that meets everyone needs and the family agrees to instantly.

What kind of severance package do you offer?

Nowhere near what Strong will get.  But we do offer nice cardboard boxes to pack your stuff when you leave.
