I've just caught up from the afternoon discussions.

1.  Chill.  We will hire a coach.  I'd love to have Strong, but we have multiple options that can be as good as CWT, probably better.

2.  Please apply for a job with me.  If I decide to hire you, I'd love for you to jump on my first offer and not think about it or negotiate a better offer.  That would be amazing, doesn't happen often.

3.  Only job I ever accepted immediately was the first part-time job I applied for while I was in high school.  Strong has a family.  While he was interviewing, I'd expect the wife and kids were out and about.  They need to get back together and discuss whether the family wants to live in the Tampa area.  They also will discuss the parameters of the deal, and talk to the attorneys.  It isn't nearly as simple as a one hour meeting and an immediate offer that meets everyone needs and the family agrees to instantly.
