I can not wait to be back in Ray-J Thursday cheering on our team! Today wasn't pretty, but it was a great effort and I can't wait till we open conference play with a Thursday night win!!! Go Bulls!

Have you ever seen him return kickoff's? What I love about Lamar is even with his speed, he's patient and follows his blockers and when he sees an opening he has the speed to make big plays. I would love to see us use him more this season!

Unfortunately I am still stuck in the stone age when it comes to phones, so no watch espn app for me. However, I do get fm radio on my phone so I will be tuning into 98.7 from the concert!

Football would never interfere with my marriage, simply interfering with the plans for the evening. Truth be told, I am not going to suffer by going to the concert because I enjoy the bands also. I do give a lot when it comes to my wife, she knows that, and this will just be another case of me doing just that. I was hoping there would be a dimplomatic way to somehow be able to go to the concert, and make it for kickoff. That will obviously not be able to happen, so looks like I'll be going to the concert and catching however much of the game that I can, if any. And I will be doing it with a smile, and...

EXCELLENT advice. LOL I third this one. There is NOTHING better than knowing the wife "owes" you for something like this. Hopefully you won't miss much - hoping our starters will be pulled by halftime or before, but make sure your wife knows you're giving up a lot to be with her at the concert. Trust me, it will pay off in the future when you need it to. It seems this is what I am going to have to do. She is definitely going to owe me though. You could have her promise to go with you to the next Holtz pregame radio show at Beefs. I went there last night and it was fun. Got to talk with him a bit during commercials and he signed some items for me. Easier than it was at fan fest. Hmm, I don't think it would be hard to convince her of this even if she didn't owe me. I was thinking bigger... like convincing her we need to spend the money to be there for our BCS bowl game this season!

I think the concert is in New Port Richey of all places,but trust me, as soon as she is ready to go or the concert is over I'm heading straight to the game no matter what. Make sure you do a map quest in advance for best route from there to RayJay. Most definitely!
