  1. B&N probably has a contract that covers the whole campus .... Plus, I'm assuming there would have been a pretty overhead for BH to come in there running that thing year round Then how was BH the vendor rather than B&N in the old Dome. Why would B&N have less overhead than BH? BH was the day of game vendor... Just like they are at RJS for football. The new shop at the dome is technically an extension of the bookstore which has been B&N for close to a decade now. If I'm not mistaken, BH was the "Official Store of USF Athletics" (for years, if not longer than B&N has been on campus), and now they have been reduced to being only the "Official OnLine Store of USF Athletics. Isn't the Sun Dome technically an extension of USF Athletics?

  3. So BH lost out at the Dome..to B&N...nice way to treat the company that served USF fans for years under less than ideal conditions.
  4. Where I come from, we call them losers, slugs, and former employees
  5. No special section(s), but there is a discount available (only applies to seats priced at $250 or more).
  6. No way Jose! Ticket holders can't always make it to the Dome by tipoff. Little things like work, traffic, accidents, or family obligations get in the way. If your "real fans" want better seats then they need to pony up and buy them.
  7. yea 20 years ago. I guess the orange can take big 12 #4 considering their top 1(or even 2) goes to playoffs, then new sec big 12 bowl then fiesta bowl. hell they could get big 12 #5. 8. But...if you are not going to use them, it's bad for the program, since you would preclude WBB fans who will be in the seats for the games from buying them...and the seats will be empty...just like some of the best seats in the house were empty for men's games in the old Sun Dome! A better way to support WBB, would be put the money into a donation to Jose's WBB Coaches Club, or the general fund. Leave the seats for people who support the team by attending games!
  9. A middle of the pack team from a Great Plains conference-with no Florida (or even southeastern or East Coast, for that matter) members-is the best non-ACC option for the Orange Bowl in (Miami) south Florida? The Mountaineers are an Eastern team, and they travel well no matter where they are playing....Miami is a great destination for a bowl game Texas, Oklahoma, OSU, and Nebraska would all draw well.
  10. The Big 12 (8) has a long history with the Orange Bowl, and certainly could supply them with a very desirable team on an annual basis. The BE is toast!!
  11. But........ they will beech, and moan if fans don't pony up to pay for ticket allotments.
  12. Why should the conferences that built the football and the bowls into the cash cows that they are today share any of it with the Johnny come lately Big East?
