Noooo not 0-12 just 3-9. Have you seen our defense? My whole basis for this being the worst year is the defense. Offense is the same old thing. They'll put up some points inconsistently like always. But good god man, the defense is despicable.

I don't know what you expect from Holtz. The guy was the head coach of ECU ( I don't care what they did in ****** c-usa it's c-usa). I like the optimism but we're not beating FSU. Even this team at it's best potential will lose to them. The talent is just not that good anymore and the defense is an absolute joke (especially Lanaris who's the shittiest linebacker I've ever seen on a field. He would have been good on the inaugural team. Guy does not belong at this level.) Three talented guys wont cut it. I'm calling 4-8 this year.

This guy is right on. Just change our names back to C-USA because that's pretty much what happened. The dust has settled and the Big East got the **** end of the stick. I agree with you that it ruined our TV contract leverage... but disagree that the loss of ND ruined the conference... the conference has been ruined since it refused to get rid of the basketball schools back when Miami, VT, and BC asked them to. Since then the conference has chosen to remain some bipolar conference which is not attractive to football schools. It ultimately comes down to conference relevance. Without an abundance of big named schools and only a few football teams considered competitive, it really has taken a toll on the original BE schools in the conference. It's a shame really and I would suspect we drop out of the auto BCS bid in the next few seasons. There is no auto BCS bid starting in 2014 ... CHA CHING!!!

i think they disappear for a while because they know how stupid they look and are embarrassed. they run and hide so they don't have to deal with people calling them out. There's a guy on the espn game conversations that claims he's a bulls fan, yet only has negative things to say about the team and skip. He kept talking about how the bulls have no chance against nevada. It's all good, it's his opinion and he's entitled to it. I just hate when those same people come back acting like they were behind the team all along once the team is winning consistently.

They definitely should have gone for it. Risk was minimal considering how our defense was unable to stop up the gut. I was thanking the football gods when I saw Superman punting.

Does anyone know why Lanaris starts for this team? The guy is so slow and can't jam for ****. FYI I'm referring to his career and not this game specifically.
