if we slow down our pace early in the game and slowly increase it throughout the game, we have a chance. Gotta ride the momentum and this early 3 and out in 20 seconds destroys our chances. Gotta cut down some of the ridiculous 4th down tries too.

I would gladly take the invite to that crew, along with Memphis and Tulane. A solid 10 team conference, just like the good ol' days. Miami and USF rivalry get even stronger after we beat them next year!

****, this sounds too familiar to our situation with central.

As an independent, you have to basically win every game to win “Something” at the end of a season (pre-bowl) or get people interested. A conference gets the fans more excited about conference games that mean something. Let’s freakin win our conference at least once, before we talk about getting called up.

Right? In a world where not much makes much sense… the “Atlantic” conference having two Cali teams and zero FL teams makes no sense at all.

If Miami and fsu leave the ACC, that conference would be foolish to not snap up USF immediately. I think we fit the profile of the remaining schools perfectly. Bring on over Tulane too! Great school in a big market. They’ve never been the same since they left the SEC and need a good conference to flourish again. Just like us.

Defense did play lights out against Bama, but you do have to ask if they even took the game seriously, until they had to..

It’s part of their total compensation package to entice the Sanders to their university. Do you think Deion was only concerned with his salary when looking for his next stop? I’m sure his sons NIL was a big factor in choosing where he and his son would go.

This ^^^ … does anyone actually think that Deion is going to still be coaching college football much longer after his sons graduate? His motivation as a coach has always been to ensure Shadeur follows in his financially successful footsteps. I’d actually be willing to bet he makes the jump to NFL coaching or retirement within 4 years.

This is why so many of us wanted Jim. Would never be an issue with him! In the meantime, go CAG!
