According to Brett, Maryland making a change at QB this week, Perry Hills who started the 1st two games is being replaced by Caleb Rowe.

Maryland's biggest problem area has been pass defense so far this year. Obviously, that's not an area that USF is really prepared to attack like Bowling Green did. I will be interested to see how the defense responds Saturday. They were great vs everything non Dalvin Cook related in the 1st two games. Maryland has a dual threat QB and a couple bigger RB's but nothing on offense close to the level of Cook. If the defense can hold the Terps to 21 or less, I think we can muster enough offense to get a win on the road. -

Nice win. That could be important if it comes down to getting an at-large bid.

The holding penalty on 3rd and 1 on the 1st drive of the 2nd half was an absolute killer. That was an opportunity to increase the lead and set the tone for the rest of the game. Also, you just can't hold on a FB dive in 3rd and short. As soon as that happened, they converted a 1st and 30 and I thought "Game Over"

Rays have scored 6 runs or more in 32 of 133 games or roughly 25% of the time. USF would need more than 4 wins to better that rate. -
It is a myth that Florida doesn't produce Offensive Lineman. 8 of the top 56 OT's in the country are from Florida according to ESPN's recruiting site.
