  1. I heard UCF chants on the TV, no USF chants. That is what prompted me to start the thread They played some pre recorded videos of Thor and other players trying to pump up the crowd and have us "GET LOUD!" Not even a single clap as far as I could see. They played the Thor video to pump up the crowd to start off the 4th quarter - only problem was that we were on offense. Then they played the UCF techno kickoff song - great choice there. Finally, the MC asking the crowd to make noise for the seniors in what was "probably" their last game - again, we were on offense.
  2. I wanted to throw up in my mouth with their voluminous U-C-F chants and Black/Gold chant. I truely wish the players and the coaches would have had to leave with the crowd we had to leave with.
  3. CSH was hired to bring us to the next level, because ex-CJL COULD not get us to the next level.
  4. What's the excuse this time? We had too much time between games? We were too rested? Ugh!!!
  5. Here we are saying, "We need to stop Ball State, right here!" Oh, how we stink!
  6. Where is the discipline that Skippy was supposed to install that our previous coach (that we're not supposed to mention) could not install?
  7. Skippy is thinking the same thing. Basketbull success = extension for Skippy. ;-)
  8. Both teams played a sloppy game last Thursday night. But, all of that aside, we had the ball with over four minutes to play, two time outs, and a tie score. And, our offense laid an egg. And, we got the ball back with good field position, over two minutes left, two time outs, and only down by three and our offense laid another egg. Where was the senior leadership? And, I don't want to hear about turnovers or fatigue, because the game was ours to win or tie, respectively. In other words, regardless of how the teams played to that point, we had a chance to pull out the win - or a tie - against a conference opponent. And, we couldn't get it done. Are going to learn from our mistakes? I hope so. But, technically, if this is how we played last year, shouldn't we have already learned? And, I pray that the Rutgers game was the exception - and just the result of all of the jinxes in one. But, if we continue to play like that, or continue not to seize the moment (which blows my mind on a team full of seniors - let alone a team with a redshirt senior qb who has been starting for over 3 years), we will finish with a bad record and winning the Big east is out of the question - especially since we are already 0-1 in conference play). That being said, go Bulls!!!
  9. I hate to agree with him, too - and the half time crew, also. But, they were all spot on. Because of Rutgers own sloppiness, the only thing the announcers couldn't really do was talk them up like Tino and Pitt last year.
  10. We screwed the pooch when we allowed skippy to bring his c-usa coaching staff to the big leagues and pay them double what leavitt's staff got. I'm sick of watching this crap. And, gave him an extension, too.
  11. We are who we are and what we have been. Senor leadership or not, we are no different than last year.
  12. Time to be optimistic. Just like Rutgers in the first half (played horribly and was only down by 3), we have played horribly on offense all game - and we're only down by 7 points.
  13. Enough of this zone coverage!!! We cannot make the RU qb uncomfortable (let alone get him dirty) rushing just 4!!!
  14. The article making fun of Pitt - future ACC member and soon to be ex-Big East member - has a NBC Sports logo in the upper left hand corner. Just a bit ironic???
  15. The Miami Herald ranks him #35 on its 2013 top 100 Florida players list. http://miamiherald.t...13-top-100.html Second best QB in the state, I like it. And, bigger than the first ranked qb.
  16. Not me. They are who they are. We were the reason keeping them out of the Big East. We were the ones refusing to play them. The second we help them get into the Big East and ask them to play a nuetral site game in Orlando (notice it wasn't a neutral site game in St. Petersburg), they can't because they need the extra home game. They can use all of the excuses in the world, but if they wanted to, they could've made this game happen. Point is, the second we show them the least amount of sympathy, they show us exactly why we hate them. And, even though I have friends who went there, I hope UCF stinks in all sports and all areas forever. Also, listening to O'Leary on the radio, he would like to play us over the Thanksgiving weekend. Not that it's a bad idea, but again on their terms. I hope the Big East doesn't schedule us against them that weekend just for spite. P.S. Next February is a loooooooooooooong time from now, but I'd be shocked if Woulard went elsewhere. Even though he visiting elsewhere, sounds like he wants to be a Bull.
  17. I heard part of Bianchi's conversation with Skip this morning on the radio. I don't know what was discussed before I turned it on. But, here are the three basic questions he had for Skip: 1) Is USF going to play UCF? 2) Is USF blocking UCF from getting into the Big East? 3) Is Chris Johnson worth what he is asking for? Nothing about our current team. Nothing about BJ Daniels's progression. Nothing about training camp in VB. Nothing about USF's chances in the Big East. Nothing agains USF v. ND. Again, I came in during the interview, but what was asked versus what wasn't asked made me sick to my stomach.
  18. I hate the arguement of "Well, even though I attend (or graduated from) __________, I grew up a _______ fan." I grew up a Miami fan. As I was gradutaing high school, someone asked about what I would do - since I was going to go to USF. I told her that I would root for USF in all things except football, because USF did not have a football team. And, I dropped the last remaining allegence when we finally fielded a football team.
