I will be there Tomm. and hopefully Friday, I can't wait. We need to play better than we did Tuesday, but at least we won. Does anyone know why we play Thursday, Friday, Saturday instead of the usual Friday, Saturday, Sunday?

r to the izzo, I saw them too. I was wondering if they were on the team and I was pretty sure they were. I don't think they were on the team because they did have a game. However, I did think they were on the team at first too.

The game is getting ugly quickly, we are down 12 with 7 minutes in the 1st half.

They are playing horrible.  I can't even watch this Fn game anymore. Just fire McCullum and get it over with.

I would love to see the Dolphins take him in the later rounds, just because I am selfish.

Especially with teh baseball teams in the Big East being relatively weak. Here's how I look at it, pitch to LaPorta or not the coaches made their decision. LaPorta is an All-American and will be a millionaire very soon. You pretty much have to tip your hat to him. Did anyone see him hit during batting practice? It was rediculous how easy he made it look. I know it is only batting practice, but he is a hitter.

I will be there Friday night for sure, and I hope to make Saturday but we will see. I am excited about this weekend. I think a sweep of Central Michigan will somewhat take the pain out of the loss to UiF.

Bull Durham, that was what the "Lollygaggers" bit was from. It was bothering me because I forgot. I agree with collin, I have heard FSU and UF do the "left, right, left, right" thing when the opposing team strikes out. That is very embarrassing to the other team's batters. It looks like we need a Baseball Fan 101 course on here. Baseball games are what you make out of them. If the crowd is calm and relaxed, then the game will also be that way. When a crowd is rowdy it can get to the other team's pitchers and batters. I have played baseball games where the crowd was so loud, my body was shaking. I couldn't think, let alone hit. I have also played in games where there was no crowd and I could here a pin drop. Scream, Heckle, and BE LOUD!!!! I hope to see many of you at the game Friday.

So what exactly was the call on that pitch.  Wasn't it a balk?  If it is a balk then it should not have be a wild pitch.

Okay so I don't think we should have pitched to an All-American with 1st base open, but we had him 0-2. All the pitcher had to do was keep the ball out of the zone and that LaPorta hit opened the flood gates.

Better then not in the top 10 whens USF's pro day? Thats what I wanted to know. Do you know if the pro days are open to the public? Probably not, but just wondering

I see him on campus all of the time and he always has a smile on his face. Seems like a really good kid, but he is a good player as well.
