    I agree with turkeysoup on this one. I don't think the USF marketing group does a very good job. We live in Country Way, on the west side of the county. ZERO advertisement in the community, VERY LITTLE in print from the Trib. In defense of the Trib, USF pays VERY LITTLE for advertisement anywhere! Maybe the marketing department hopes word-of-mouth will sell season tickets.

    We don't feel like 6-6 is a good season now! I just think that at this point in time both the BE and USF need to stay in front of the national audience as much as possible. I think that the transition period of conferences is still going on. The bowls will get better or go away. I can remember when the Outback Bowl was called the All-American Bowl with Canadian players down here and combining rules. My point is, give everyone a chance to improve.

    Joe, who are you blaming for the bowl tie-ins? 10 yrs. old and working daily for exposure, I think any extra television is a huge plus for the BE and especially USF. Bham really does suck! Even the 'Tide refuse to play there anymore. My family will be at ANY bowl game, anywhere USF plays. GO BULLS!

    WOW! Small guy, not drafted, ran for just a few yards in the NFL. 32 teams not smart enough to draft the guy. And they ALL could have had an expert of the caliber of smazza.

    I think that you should be damned proud to call USF home! I think you should support USF in any way you can. I think that if you want recognition/respect, which is what this conversation is... YOU HAVE TO EARN IT! GO BULLS!

    Sign me up for bowl game tickets right now! If qb play improves, every other aspect of our team will improve with it. I'm sure that starts with coaching, but, you have to have something to work with first. I guess you know by now, Peyton is gone. Bad egg. Some players just do not fit. Does TO ring a bell? GO BULLS!

    It's hard to believe that a NFL team hasn't simply sent you an open contract to be their GM, or at least player personel director, or anywhere in between.

    I agree that PJ is not the qb we want, but as I see the problem, the system is. An empty backfield with a guy that can't read a defense is a call for disaster, and that's what we've got. We need better coaching from these guys, or someone else. I think we need an OC that can make a game plan for the talent he has. You find the strength of the player and build on that, not try to force them into something they can't do. Early recruiting mistakes may have caught up with us and now we need coaching to get us thru next year. Simmonds may just be the guy to get that done...

    I've been to EVERY home game, six away games and one bowl game. The bowl game was not the worst game we've played. PJ obviously is not the answer, but I'm sure the coaching staff did not teach CH to fumble the ball. Question: Who made EdselMax the official?

    So, let me try to understand. Yelling at the top of your voice, hoping the official hears you, is ok if there are no children around. I wonder how far away the child has to be. Don't worry about anyone else around, if they're offended, they could just go somewhere else. Or, be like Rickythebull and just stay at home. I prefer to show just a little class and try to be respectfull of others. Don't get me wrong, I'm no saint, but at least I try. GO BULLS!

    I heard this morning PC @ USC was a bad coach! Last year Gruden was a bad coach. Joe Pa was to old, last year. Amazing...

    Thank GOD our USF is smarter than K-State or Bama. K-State offered him $1.5million and I think Bama was closer to $2,000,000. We got him for ONLY a mil a year! Fastest team in ncaa history to a bowl game! This team performed better than anyone predicted, even you experts. Satisfied? No. Proud? HELL YES!!!! I can't wait till next year! GO BULLS!
