YAY! This is a start!! Now we've received votes before correct? I believe we did after we defeated Pitt or am I just imagining things? Ahh...long night last night. My head def isn't on straight!

^Yay...there's another girl in here!!! I have to admitt....I do normally feel very outnumbered by all of our male football fans that post on the boards.

Hey...the hype of the Big East has really generated a lot more student attendance at our games. If you've noticed, the student section has been completely packed the past 3 home games. If you look at schools like UF, their student section is like 4 or 5 times the size of ours. Is there any way we can increase the size of the student section? Eventually I think we're going to have to.

I know I said it in response to another post earlier...you guys have some REAL classy fans. My fellow cheerleaders and I had a great time mingling with you all in the parking lot tailgating before the game. After the game, I heard not one mean-spirited comment from a U of L fan. You guys left the game with your heads held high, and with a lot of dignity. THIS IS THE KIND OF RIVALRY USF WANTS TO KEEP and I think my fellow USF fans will agree with me. We respect you as an opponent. It was the most incredible moment in our school's football history thus far because we beat a truly AMAZING team. GO BIG EAST!

Ugghh we should have at least gotten some votes. I hate how people think our wins are flukes. They all think our win was just some fluke thing last night....we need that Miami win. We do that and we'll have the whole nation watching

Yes, the Cardinal fans were a very, very classy group of people. During the little cheerleaders' halftime performance they politely stayed in their seats and they all cheered for the kids. Before the game the cheerleaders did the usual tailgating and mingling and quite a few of their fans stopped and talked to us and wanted to take pictures with us.

I really think the 'overrated' chant was more or so a ploy to get inside the U of L players' heads....I know I was personally sick of all the hype surrounding Louisville. They came into our stadium expecting to beat the crap out of our team....how dare them! I was sick of hearing all this talk about Brohm and Elvis (yeah, Elvis WHO??) But really, I think the chant was just a way to get inside the players' heads, shake up their confidence in any way possible. Hey, can't say it didn't work. I saw those Louisville players after the game when us cheerleaders were walking back to our dressing room....they were BEYOND PISSED. It was like an atomic bomb was dropped

Because they all felt Louisville is over-rated...thought it was quite funny

Our student section was fabulous....I've never seen it completely packed like that ever, not even for a homecoming game. Gotta love the Beefstuds and the glitter boys! <3

Our defense has really show an amazing effort despite all the injuries to key players Verpaele and Buie

USF cheerleading has not won the national cheerleading championship...yet.  Our all-girl squad has come close several times....UCF on the other hand, has, in the coed division and won rightfully so.  They have an AMAZING squad! As far as the "four" goes: We are now at the playing level of those schools....we are good enough to play them, and maybe even beat them, but all those schools have won NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS. They have had winning seasons year after year and have been to and won countless bowl games. We are simply a younger program. They have the tradition already and we're still in the process of creating it, which isn't a bad thing. I personally think it makes us one of the most exciting programs in college football because of our rapid rise through the ranks

UCF fans really brought a great crowd to this game....I've never seen our student section completely packed before, not even at homecomings. I think it'd be a fun game to continue....So many of the students had friends coming into town to visit from UCF and that was cool. UCF has a good football team and I do believe it's on its way up. p.s.- Ya'lls cheerleaders are absolutely amazing. I don't know if people at your school realize how talented they are and how they compare with the rest of the nation's squads. Seriously....a great squad and they are all super sweet.
