    I had a HS coach who would tell OL who didn’t do their job to turn in their shoulder pads and put Kotex under their jersey. Kotex is too good for this OL.

    Draconian perhaps but each player knows them and accepts them when he inks the ride. Now the accountability is on the player. Think I’ll try your thought process with some of my draconian rules at my job. On second thought, I like the paycheck.
