I agree.......losing Ball may be a blessing in disguise. Maybe the backup can get the ball in GT's best player's hands better than Ball did. If that's the case, Calvin Johnson could be major thorn in the side of WVU's defense.
Assume 5 points??? That's really the only party spot I've heard of.........wish there was some sort of official USF bar like there was last year in downtown Charlotte (at least after the pep rally the night before). A bar would do well to advertise itself as the "Official USF Bulls Bar." I know the bar in Charlotte was packed that night.
SCORE!!!! Hopefully 24x7.......though I don't think I've ever seen one that isn't. I'm organizing a Post-5 Points / Pre-game pep rally in the Waffle House at 3am Saturday morning.
I was at the first game and first bowl game, and, to quote the late, great Chris Thomas, "Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise," I will be at the next bowl game as well.
I'm not going to be able to make it to Dreamland, but I would like to tailgate around Bulls fans......not sure if I will have access to internet at the dump I'm staying at, so I probably won't be able to find out where/when everyone is meeting up here either.
I'm gonna be up there around 9ish Friday night........may do the BBQ thing for dinner if they're still open, but definitely going to be down in 5 Points. Hope to see a ton of Bulls fans down there!
Cool, thanks for the advice. Hopefully we aren't the only Bulls fans staying there! Like I said, if it's a halfway decent place to crash, and from what you say, it is, then for the price and location it seems to make a lot of sense.
Anybody staying there or know anything about it??? I checked it out, and it is just a few blocks from Five Points, and only 2.3 miles to the stadium according to Mapquest. Read some reviews and most of them were complimentary. Figure I might be in my hotel for about 8 hours per night, so why pay a crapload of money for a free muffin and cup of coffee in the morning.
I have been asking that question since he came back.  He is a ton better than Williams, and even if you think he's not that much better, he is better, so he should be getting the carries.  To me, he seems to have much better vision and has the ability to move the pile better than Williams.
I like the fact that students give the opposing teams crap.  God knows I do it too. I do think that it should be kept relatively clean however.  To effectively talk trash without just firing expletives out is a sort of art form.  Just ask the Heckler at the Trop. ÂÂ
