  2. Chicago, Ill – Freshman Gabriela Duch of the USF women’s tennis team earned First Team All-C-USA honors, the conference announced today. This is the first postseason honor for Duch. As a freshman, Duch played primarily at the No. 1 position compiling a 19-14 overall record and a 3-0 record in conference tournament play. Duch also played at the No. 1 doubles position, mostly with partner Marie France Lord Andrade. Together, they went 17-11 overall which included a win in the finals of the Lady Seminole Tournament in Tallahassee, Fla. “Obviously I’m very excited for Gabby,†head coach Gigi Fernandez said. “It’s a great honor to be named First Team All-Conference as a freshman.
