What did I miss with Hall? Was there discipline action going on? There certainly was something keeping him out during the first, and he sure didn't look hurt on the sideline or when he came in.

No, I'm not kidding. Got my daughter (2.5 yrs old) on ESPN, and I'd like a copy. My VCR screwed it up, so I missed it.

Oh yeah - did I mention....a top 25 opponent (top 20 ap poll)!!!!!!!!!

Not to mention asses in the seats. Everybody needs to show up and bring somebody. This is a serious opponent, it's national tv, it's our last game as a CUSA member, it's senior day, it's our season finale....what else do you want (other than a "pm" kickoff).

That has to be one of the most exaggerated numbers ever! (65,000 or whatever it is they say) Have you seen what's required to get on that list? You just go to the website and ad your name.

I can't imagine any of this being enforced....but did anyone research this from the "athletic association supporter" angle? Meaning, as an Athletic Association member, I get that whole Code of Conduct book each year about "kickbacks" to student-athletes. Are we cleared from that angle as well? As usual, I'd like to make my contribution the old fashioned way - by check. Where can I mail it?

I still say we do something to "help" him through this time. Even if we were to raise $500, that would hardly dent his medical expenses. My vote, is let's get him something.

I happened to be standing next to the band when the game ended (daughter wanted to see Rocky), and I heard the director saying that they have to "learn" [insert name of song here] by this week. So, maybe we're finally done with Queen...

Let's not forget it's Miami and ALL of their national championships that have made the Big East a good move for us. Without UM's history, the Big East would be just like CUSA. Also - the reason 95% of us Cane fans didn't go to Miami is because 100% couldn't afford it AND couldn't get accepted.

All through the lackluster first half I was thinking of how exciting USF football used to be. The way we would continuously stretch the field on offense and then stop the opponent cold with our speedy defense. We used to joke on this board that Buc fans should come to Ray Jay on a Saturday night if they want to see scoring. Inside hand-off after inside hand-off, I was becoming more and more frustrated last night – even though we were very much in the game. Then, all of the sudden, Julmiste lets one fly and what do you know? He connects, we score, our team comes alive on both sides of the ball (although, admittedly, our D was already having a pretty good game). I'm not a Julmiste fan, but it seems to me that he has the most touch when he goes up top. For the most part, if he misses - he misses long (which is a good thing, since we no longer have a 6'-5" wide-out to go up and get an under thrown ball). Stretch the field and Hall will run all over our opponents. Thank you Bulls for bringing the excitement back!!!!! Now, let’s keep it.
