    I'm as positive as the next (realistic) guy, but with the team we have this year there are NO "sure wins." Our boys need to go into the game focused and ready to play. We SHOULD win, but we won't if we don't play up to our potential. NAM37

    I hate to say it, but it boils down to coaching. Bad coaching put us into a position where we NEVER have enough time outs at the end of a game. Bad coaching builds an O-scheme based on a great passing game and little running game when we have 2 great RBs and no passing game. Bad coaching doesn't find us a QB for 4 years during MB. I love crazy Leavitt, but somethings wrong in Tampa right now... NAM37

    The officials should not be our concern. We should be MUCH more concerned with all the FREAKIN' penalties we actually deserved. NAM37

    For some reason, Jewel Mist is a better QB outside of 7 or 8 yards. It's a bit strange but he looks much better throwing the ball when he has some distance to cover. NAM37

    I agree that with a QB (which I assuming we'll sign) football will be heading in the right direction. But, USF basketball is in HUGE trouble and even if coach does all the right things, I except it to take YEARS to get out of the NBE's cellar. NAM37

    Don't hate me here... but.... IM(Not So)HO, both QB's are wrong for our current system, and have shown NO growth from last year... Banks is scared to death, and Pat has NO arm. If we are going to change out offense to an Option offense, then keep Pat, and use him and Hall to walk the ball down field. If we are going to keep the O-scheme we have, then neither of them are good enough pocket QBs to get the job done. NAM37

    I agree... The WORST possible scenario is to start the season with 2 loses.... If we DO lose to Pitt (and I hope/pray/think we won't) we will need all the time possibly to prep for the next game. NAM37
