I believe Coach Mac's problem is not coaching but, recruiting and off the court team management (I could be talking out of my ass and if so please call me out on it). I care about and love USF college basketball it literally hurts to see them do so bad. I will NOT be whining about every loss in the Big East due to the nature of the teams, but losses to Sisters of the Poor in Northwest Florida I will complain about, injured players or not, games like these should not be lost.

USF senior running back Andre Hall has won the 2005 BIG EAST rushing title with 114.5 yards per game. Hall edged Louisville’s Michael Bush, who averaged 114.3 and West Virginia’s Steve Slaton, who finished the year with 112.8 per game. Hall also led the BIG EAST in all-purpose yards with 141.2 per game. He lead USF in rushing and receiving in 2005. Hall, from St. Petersburg, Fla., broke his own USF single season record with 1,374 yards in 2005. He also broke his own record for rushing touchdowns with 13. Hall finishes his two-year USF career with 2,731 yards and 24 rushing touchdowns, both school records. Congrats Andre! Man o Man if we only had a QB to compliment him we would have been unstoppable. Always next year. Speaking of which, when do we renew our season tickets for next year?

What a game, I'm paying for it today at work but, it was well worth it. I don't feel bad going 1-3 in the bowl because everyone is talking about this huge win. cnnsi.... At stake Monday in Atlanta was the pride of a conference that has produced three national championship game participants in the BCS' eight-year history. Like it or not, Rich Rodriguez, but your Mountaineers did carry the banner for the Big East -- and they put the rest of the nation on notice: West Virginia, and the Big East, are players again. it feels good to be in a BCS conference! The rest of the Big East needs to get up to speed but, more importantly we need to get an Offense! Good things are going to happen in our future!

I watched the same game you did, O-line is not the problem, bad decision making on the QB is the problem.

Hall still had 100 + yards. The hype on NCST defense is a bunch of Bull! We were our own worst enemy and if we had a smart QB, not even an athletic one, we would have at least avoided the shut out.

The O-line did it's job. Hall had over 100 yards rushing! It was Julmiste's ineptitude that caused the sacks. Never threw the ball away, stepped up in the pocket at the wrong times. With all the hype NCST defense they were not all that great. We were our worst enemy and have every opportunity of winning this game.

Why is that we have drown threads about why UCF is NOT our rival and then we go and start making signs about a game most people didn't finish watching... Personally, I can care less about UCF.

I don't think anyone exepcts RM to even reach .500 in the Big East. I also don't think his coaching abilities are in question. Proof of that is last years team that went to the quarterfinals of the C-USA tournament. What is in question is his recruiting abilities. That is not his strength and at the college level it's almost better to be a better recruiter then a coach.

Zonald, isn't that hot ass friecking sun doll from 2001? she's a bucs cheerleader now, was in playboy and see her out around in Lifestyles Hyde Park and Whiskey Park. I'm sorry to say but current Sun Dolls don't a hold a stick to the ones that were there when I was in college...Gosh dang it what's her name, I 've talked to her before!

My season tickets are on the visitor side and had no problem with the WVU fans, ended up talking to some group of girls from WVU, not the hottest but hey what can you expect from WV.

My last 2 cents for the night before i have to go midgett stripping ;D ... I don't see how this program cannot get to the same level as UF in the next 5 or even 4 years, or less, for the following reasons: First and foremost our conference affiliation, these kids know that playing ball in the Northeast is the equivelant of playing football in the South. Ask a basketball recruit if he wants to play in Tuscalossa Alabama or Syracuse New York, Baton Rouge Louisiana or Storrs Connecticut? Second, facilities, yeah UF does have the upper hand on this but I seriously doubt ours are in such bad shape. I'm sure we use part of the new Athletic Center for basketball and that's brand new. And despite the complaints of the Sun Dome, it's still an above average venue. I don't want to open a whole new topic on the Sun Dome because this isn't about the Sun Dome, besides it's getting a nice little tummy tuck. Finally, If women's basketball can do it, why can't the guys? I'm ignorant to women's basketball so I don't know what they are doing but, they are succeeding in the same environment, why can't the guys? Go Bulls Kick some WVU ASS!! GREEEEEEEEEEN!

I know we have a big game this weekend and trust me I'm excited, I have friends coming in, partying hard in South Tampa, golfing at the Claw on Saturday morning, tailgating in the afternoon and go sit with the enemy at RayJay, where my season tickets are at BUT .... I open up CBS sportsline and the first thing I see is Gator Basketball!!! When are we going to surpass that wannabee basketball school up North who is not even in a real Basketball conference? I'm just tired of waiting for things to turn around. These next years we should win EVERY recruiting battle with UF due to our conference affiliation. Someone asked before wether basketball or football was followed more, my answer, while yes we live in a football state, it was basketball that got things rolling. And at least when I was student, which wasn't THAT long ago, the sun dome got packed for the Dodge Shoot out which brought out in good teams, kinda of like Michigan this year. Sorry about the rant but I hate those **** Gators!

It's THE WAY we lost. It's the SAME WAY we lose in our prior games. I'm EXTREMELY proud of USF football and I'm enjoying the rapid success in the "Big Six" power conference. But, with that success comes a lot more scrutiny and criticism, why? We were not playing for a chance at Conference USA bowl bame, we were not playing Tuesday Night on ESPN2. We were playing for the CHANCE to play in the biggest bowl game in college football on ABC, regardless of how much coverage we were receving. The stakes are MUCH higher now to hand over the game, because that's what we did today. We handed over the game and our shot at a BCS bowl. Either way, I'm still going to the game next weekend and will renew my season tickets next year.

The ONLY bright spot in our game today! Those guys kept us in there 'till the end. You can't ask for anymore then keeping you in the ball game. Good game D!
