    Denson spent the year running the scout team. You don't get reps in our playbook when running the scout team. Without reps it's a little hard to learn the system. Memorization.....well, it could help a little but that's better if you are craming for a test.

    Two sports takes a ton of time. Amarri was at a JUCO for a reason. I'd rather him concentrate on his academics.

    Sheriff - You shouldn't get your hopes up for Penn State, one way or the other.

    Wouldn't be good for Cincy, UL or Rutgers games as their colors have red. It would look like we were supporting them.

    Agree with Mike B 100%. It was only in every paper in the country and on TV several times. Additionally, I'm sure the NCAA had a mailing. This goes back to being a mom and pop shop. We're making progress but have a ways to go.

    Multiple players can wear the same jersey number, they just can't be on the field at the same time.

    Wasn't Jose Barea on the Puerto Rico team considering us at one time? I could have the name mixed up. I saw Peter Ramos play a few years ago when he was in high school. Kid had mad skills. Ricky Sanchez was also on his team. Ricky then moved to the US and finished school at IMG. Signed with Memphis but entered the NBA draft and was drafted. That was one hell of a high school team. If I'm not mistaken they lost to JR Smith's St Benedict's team (coached by Danny Hurley).

    Smazza - those "money" games were booked long ago. What Leavitt is referring to is the fact that we won't be signing any new ones. Those teams will have to agree to a 1 for 1 or we'll find someone else instead of making the 1 way trip.

    Maybe O'Liar was trying to use the media in his previous quotes about the series being extended to force our hand to the table. Wouldn't be the first time UCF has tried something like that.

    It's a cheap road trip for the team and hopefully an above average draw for the home games. Financially it makes sense as long as we can keep the attendance in the high 30,000's or low 40,000's. With that said, I'd rather play Tulane as it's a good road trip and short flight.  Screw playing So Miss, it's horrible getting in and out of that hell hole.

    I won't be at the Citrus Bowl after dark. They'd have to have their stadium ready by then.

    I don't know many who want to drive to that $hit hole town. I avoid driving I-4 at all costs.

    When does the contract expire. I thought it was 2008. Was that for the 2007 season with the 2007/2008 bowls or for teh 2008 season with the 2008/2009 bowls. If the former then we've got access for at least 3 more seasons.
