Hopefully the kids enjoyed the taste of victory again and come hungry for more. It was a must win game and a nice come back. I'd like to see a little more on offense . Multiple comeback wins now and is something we never saw from the last coach. Credit to the players and coaches for fighting for the win. -

A win is a win. We have tripled the success of the jeff scott era. Now we don't look good but we aren't tbe worse fbs team. We need to be more effective on offense from the start.

The offense did their job. I wish we ran these play calls all game. Now it is time for the defense to step up again.

Time to make a statement and be a winner or a loser . We need to score and see something from the offense.

We are still in the game. We need a big stop and another good called series to get ahead.

It isn't because it is very limited and predictable. The other team knows what is coming. We need to add more plays and add some creative plays to the playbook. Also Wright need more touches versus Powell. We don't use any misdirection or motion plays to try to make separation for the receivers.

Seems the offense is just getting worse and worse. This is why you don't hire a first year hc that has only been an oc for two years. Then he hires his friend that has never been an oc. Defense isn't playing Great but made enough stops if we had better offense playcalla and schemes we could win. We need to strike fast and get the ball back quick or thr game is over.

Let's get a stop and hope the oc/Golesh have some better plays drawn up to try to win. We lack creativity. I don't understand why we don't attack the middle of the field with slants or crossing routes. The receivers are not good enough to beat their guy 1v1 consistently which is what this offense requires.

The lack of adjustments over the last 2.5 games is concerning. The other teams know what we are doing on offense. We got to change something up. The defense has not looked great today, but have not been terrible. They made some key stops and turnovers. They are not the issue so far, the issue is the offense is too predictable and the playcalls are not going to work with the talent we have. We are still in the game after a ugly half. We need to finally make adjustments like the Rice and Navy game at halftime and come up with a winning game plan. Stop the suck and win. We are in the fight and need to come out swinging.

I wish we hired Chadwell or Herman because they both run a spread option that would help the lack of talent. The scheme uses motion and misdirection to get separtion to make up for lack of elite talent at wr. WE are lucky to have Brown because without him we don't have two wins. Also Brown is a perfect QB for the spread option. I am not sure if we will ever get the receiver and offensive line talent to run this go go go /Heupel offense.

We like to hire fired FAU defensive coordinators for some reason. First it was Spencer that ran the 3-3-5 and now it is Todd Orlando running the 3-3-5. I don't understand why we want to have 5 defensive backs out on every play because they are not our strong point on defense.
