  1. I expect a good class that could be great with a couple of surprises.
  2. One of top football commits, Nick Roberts, is currently in a close race for the Defensive Player of The Year award in the Florida Class 7A division. Please click this link and give him a vote, you can vote as many times as you want if you refresh the page. Voting ends on Thursday, February the 2nd. Belive me, every vote counts as he is currently about 1% behind first place. http://floridahsfootball.com/2017/01/28/state-class-7a-superlative-nominations/
  3. I saw Tito say 20 on the Bulls247 page I believe
  4. The kid reportedly received a misdemeanor for possession of marijuana while on his Ohio state OV. Hopefully Strong is able to get him and fix his character issue. http://247sports.com/Player/James-Robinson-63640 http://www.espn.com/college-sports/football/recruiting/player/_/id/205292/james-robinson-iv http://www.scout.com/player/193186-james-robinson
  5. This class is currently a very bad class, yes, as we only have 10 commits and I would call 2 or 3 of them really good. The players I expect Strong to get to finish out this class will make it a good/average class in my mind (Donelle Thomas, Naytron Colpepper, Jabreel Stephens, Demetris Harris, Keirston Johnson) and if we can get a couple of our higher targets I would consider it a very good class (Brini, AJ Davis, Zachary Carter, Dingle, Kane Taylor, Jacquez Jones). We will have to wait for it to play out, but I would be shocked if this class ends up being bad.
  6. Your previous comment made it seem like you wanted one, even if you didn't mean it. I would love to get Anthony Grant, but I'm not opposed to keeping Bartow either.
  7. You're saying Bartow can't coach? I've definitely seen a lot of improvement in this team since Antigua left. You just seem to set the bar way too high expecting greatness. We may be setting the bar to low, but you have been setting it way too high since Antigua got here.
  8. Who else just saw that flop from the Temple player? That was one of the worst flops I've seen against a USF team in a while, she basically did a barrel roll and was barely touched. Edit- Worst flop since Alex Bentley, the South Carolina QB
  9. I understand that but Strong is going after better recruits here at USF (Brini, Culpepper, Zachary Carter, AJ Davis, Dingle, etc...) so I don't understand why Taggart can't do the same up at a power five school. Just my 2 cents.
  10. Here's what I don't understand. Why does Taggart want these kids? He's at Oregon, he should easily be able to recruit kids of higher caliber but he is still recruiting kids that are mid 3 stars. He isn't going to win up at Oregon with this talent if I'm being honest, partly because a good chunk of them are going to transfer back to the southeast in a couple of years. I want the best for him as a coach but I don't expect him to stay there long with this talent.
  11. Mack left to go pro and get paid, Mcmurray left to join a team we play twice a year.
  12. Well the 247 page for him says he committed to us but I checked his Twitter and he committed to the University of Sioux Falls. Realized this after I made the post. False Alarm , Mods feel free to delete this. http://247sports.com/Player/Ian-Fieber-24478
  13. As a Vikings fan I agree that we should let Peterson go. I would prefer for our team to trade up to get Dalvin Cook who I think will be a top 10 running back in the league, but I would obviously be happy if they took Mack.
  14. I agree with this but here is my take. If Bartow is able to keep the entire current roster we have, which is very young and seems to like him, then we should keep him unless we can get a home run hire. I'm just afraid that we will bring in a new coach that is about as good as Bartow no all of our current players will leave and we will be left in another bare cupboard situation.
  15. This would be a HUGE flip if Strong somehow manages to do it.
  16. That was gonna be my guess since we recently had an in home visit with him
  17. I mean Bruce Judson was a long time commit for us and took on recruiting responsibility here and he left. To be fair it was because of the coaching change, but it can still happen.
