    Skip the drama and bs of going after someone else. What Scott did in Miami proves he's ready to lead. Next year would be a great first season for him. Of course he will have growing pains, but what is he going to learn from them that he hasn't learned from his previous positions?

    I don't think they should waste time on other candidates. Larry Scott should be at the top of the list to get his chance. I think he's earned it and would be great. I don't care for the coach in waiting thing. It doesn't always workout well.

    Not sure those guys would know how to recruit Florida. That Scott guy is from Tennessee, so how could he possibly relate to Florida recruits? And Strong is obviously a Texas guy. If CWT leaves we may have a hard time finding a replacement.
