    He has earned it. I hope he enjoys every minute of the limelight. I would prefer that he stays, but if he goes I wish him nothing but the best. The guy did a great job here. Being G5 our ceiling is rather low relative to most P5 programs. Unlike Skippy I'm happy to have had CWT lead this program.

    How many players did he have to dismiss when he arrived? That was a bad lot, and sure they have a name but replacing talent takes time. I think he is a better coach than his Texas record shows.

    Larry Scott, Les Miles, Charlie Strong, and who else? No Dungy, no Gruden, no Spurrier bs either. I would like to see an alum take the helm if possible. I think there are some good names out there. Don't laugh, but would we consider Fleck? I'm not sure he's P5 ready, but could be ready to move up to our weight class.
