    There's no point in having a tournament since everyone already knows uconn is going to win it. Women's basketball would be better off having a tourney without uconn and the winner faces uconn in a 7 game series where uconn must win 6 in a row against the same team

    Just wait until geno retires and uconn crashes back downtown earth. Teams that have been embarrassed by them will give them a taste of their own medicine

    We just are not in the same league as uconn but we are not alone. Going to really have to work on passing skills and communication in the offseason

    They should rotate the tournament among Philadelphia, Hartford, Tampa/Orlando, New Orleans, Dallas/Houston, etc to help spread the brand around and not just let the tourney be in only hartford.

    Maria and the other girls will have to step up and knock down some shots if we are to have any chance of keeping it close. Uconn will lock down laksa and force someone else to beat them. We will have to shot over 65% and keep them to under 50% from the field if we want to upset them

    Tulsa kinda screwed us when they lost to Tulane but the season will be over Thursday. Not going to beat uconn in a home game for them when we lost to them by 40 at their place

    If we beat temple we probably will be a 7 seed. Now if we either beat uconn or have a strong showing such as a 3 point loss we might be a 5 seed

    Bulls win. Will play temple tomorrow night in the semifinals. Must play a lot better if we are going to beat the owls

    Bulls lead at the half 24-23. We are shooting the ball terribly otherwise we would be up double digits

    If we are a 8/9 wouldn't that put us out of uconn's bracket since conference foes are not allowed to meet until the elite 8 especially since the American would only send 3 maybe 4

    Uconn will remain unstoppable until Geno retires or leaves then women's basketball will be more competitive.

    Any loss against either Houston or Tulsa and it's nit bound. I think we can still get into the tourney as long as our only losses are to uconn

    Yep plus their highest winning margin and most points scored in a game this season. Plus 2 of their 5 wins for the season

    What does everyone think of Mark Gottfried. Recently fired at NC state with a 122-82 record and currently had a .500 team.

    I'm not worried about us making the tourney but we have to address how we are going to play against physical teams going forward as everyone can see that is our weakness. We might schedule our non-conference next year around teams that are known to be physical so the girls get used to playing that way.
