Winning cures all. Winning creates tradition. Winning excites. Winning leads to conference championships. Nothing will matter if the Bulls don't win. Right now everything is table dressing. I will wait till fall before falling in love. Have we not learned our lesson from the previous regime?

@yosterl: Like Coach T would say we can have no "drag" absolutely NONE on the field or n life

Glad to see the players have really bought in to what Coach T is preaching.

Coach willy is building tradition alright. No football banquet for last years seniors. Larry scott tried to do something informal. Nope. Willy t cancelled it. Seniors those that even show up will be mentioned at the b ball game on saturday. Sorry but these guys were on the field when we beat the seminoles in tallahassee the fighting irish in notre dame and clemson in the last bowl game. They deserved better. Just my opinion

This is disturbing, but there must be more to the story. I'd like to hear the rest.

I'm sure if this is true, there will be some sort of corroboration/clarification along the line ..... until then, message board gossip.

i was off by one day. they thought there would be a better crowd at the game today. no apologies needed and it WAS NOT message board gossip. just the facts just the facts

Did the seniors get a standing ovation from the crowd when it was announced their performance as players was so ineffective that they saw two HC's shitecanned during their time at USF. . . . Which is damned hard to do.

One of those coaches was not fired for performance on the field. Although some denizens on this board believed he should have been.

Sure he was. Slapgate was an excuse, not a reason. :stirpot:

Most fans attending didn't seem to care about what was going on. I tweeted CWT asking where Lindsey Lamar was today. No reply.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
