The thing could take 18 months to 2 years before the first trial setting, not that it would actually get tried then. Considering thatUSF filed a motion to dismiss today this will drag on for a while. The little blurb didn't give much detail ....Former football coach Jim Leavitt's lawsuit against USF has a hearing scheduled May 13 in Hillsborough County Circuit Court. ...
