They will settle.  It won't go to court.  USF will have a challenge in that there are as many people on one side as the other.

It's state court in Florida.  The thing could take 18 months to 2 years before the first trial setting, not that it would actually get tried then.  Considering thatUSF filed a motion to dismiss today this will drag on for a while.

Without being able to see the link I assume it is a hearing on the motion to dismiss.  Even if granted leavitt could amend the complaint and just remove any paragraphs that the court believes need to come out.
