Does anyone have video of the "illegal forward pass" from the Oklahoma game? If my memory serves me, that being called a penalty really turned the outcome of that game. I believe the game was 0-0 early in the 2nd period USF's defense was playing well. After the TD was reversed, OU scored on a punt return and was able to seize control from that point forward. I am not saying the Bulls would have won, but the game would have played out much differently.

It was a BS call. They called Hugh Smith offsides on the play. The next play OU took it to the house. Game changer. 

I believe Kawika said he’s on a full ride. Could be wrong.
