Interesting.  Urban Meyer had great success with him, but the NFL is not a known quantity.  Should be interesting to watch... 

Will Meyer be the next Spurrier/Chip Kelly?

Have there been many that have transferred college success to the NFL. Only one off the top of my head is Pete Carroll ....

The only one to have any success, and it was the Best of all .....Jimmy Johnson

Arians started at Temple and bounced back and forth for a little bit. 

 

Barry switzer has  a 3 NCs and SB

I still give Switzer’s SB to Jimmie and Jimmie’s team Barry was not worth a flip IMO.

He won it two years after Jimmy left. Not saying he is great but he gets credit for his SB.

It's not like jimmy was Bill Belichick.
