It clearly is not completely his fault and a large part of the problems he is facing were in fact CCS’ fault but he is fired so I don’t think he can do much about it at this time. CJS can and should improve the situation he came into and it doesn’t need to take the average coaching lifespan at a program to impact change. No one needs the plethora of reasons you can fail (everyone faces them too) and we just need to keep coming up with the ways to make it better, a little continuous improvement never hurt anyone but it has to start with taking steps to improvement and then building on them every day.
