You’ll need it if you want to watch at least three more football games not to mention basketball and baseball Edited October 5, 2020 by NewEnglandBull

I find it not bad. I pay more for NetFlix with its crappy low production movies. ESPN+ at least gives me content I watch recorded when I want or live. With many of our basketball and baseball games (along with championships of AAC olympic spirts), I am sure it will be my most used paid service. It was worth the annual membership just for the Quest For The Cup series ........ the Bulls sports will just be icing on the cake.

Actually, it works out well for my penny pinching self. My wife has had Disney Plus since the beginning and saw that it was not that much to add it to the bundle which has Hulu (for her) and ESPN + . So, I already have it. I did see that during baseball season there were some out of market games which one could view. I already have MLBTV so I did not need that but thought it added value. So, I can keep the bottom of the barrel Sling Orange for now since we are now out to November before USF could possibly end up on a channel I will have to figure out how to get. The app worked well unlike FUBU tv which crapped out during the Illinois game a couple of seasons ago.

They also have out of market NHL games if you are so inclined...caught about 1/3 of the Rangers away games. Although I think I have seen almost all of the 30 for 30 episodes some are worth rewatching. I also hear new episodes of Peyton’s Places are due soon. I thought about getting Sling before I got YouTubeTV. I assume you have an antenna for local telecast?

I thought about getting Sling before I got YouTubeTV. I assume you have an antenna for local telecast? Yes I do but really only watch NFL games on over the air TV ( i did watch the Stanley Cup on channel 8 this year) It is amazing how good the picture is though when conditions are ideal. I can remember my poor old dad going outside to redirect the outside antenna back in the day just to get rid of the fuzzy picture (before we finally got cable in the late 70s). I have had the Sling Blue a couple of billing cycles and that is the one which has the local Fox channel 13. There is nothing else locally on Sling here in Tampa that I am aware of. My wife has the CBS app to watch old shows so I often use it to watch games on channel 10 if reception is spotty. On that note, I have often told people cable is the way to go if you want all of the channels hassle free. Me, I am cheap on that since I really do not watch TV other than ballgames and Mystery Science Theater reruns. I appreciate it when you or others post the game times and channels for the road games so I can plan accordingly. Seems like their standards are pretty low. If those were “average” students how smart are their jocks?
