Geoff freaking Blum- Ken Williams is a genius- that trade just went from irrelevant to monumental in one swing.

The White Sox are clearly the best team in baseball. Worse case scenario they end the postseason 11-4 (not going to happen).

i stayed up as well....great win for the sox....it's sad though.....living on the north side you would hardly even know a WS is taking place in this city.

I doubt because i watched your team alot this year... they won alot of games, and the pitching was great, but there were alot of holes.

Those flaws didn't show themselves at all during the playoffs and all the breaks and missed calls have went chicagos way.

All the breaks and missed calls? Did you see that home run that shouldn't have of counted last night? There definetly is an anti-White Sox Bias because they hardly mentioned that. If Pierzynski would have hit it they would have had it on the cover of every sports page in America

No i didn't see that... i only saw about 2 innings of the game... the 6 and 7th innings.  Still, there were plenty of breaks received by the WS.. which says perhaps it was just meant to be.  

You wouldn't have won the game 2 had that foul check swing not been called a hit batsmen and then Konerko hitting the grand slam to follow.  That was huge.  

Congrats... it isn't over technically, but i don't see Houston winning 4 straight now.  They probably rattled so much now that they might get destroyed in game 4.

that wasn't a hr but all post season the white-sox have capitalized on the other teams/umps mistakes.

the hr after the ball went through grafaninos legs....

the 2 out hit hit by crede after aj was awarded first base

the grand slam by konerko....

they were given the opportuinty and cashed in...

the stros got a hr they didn't deserve and an extra out when uribe made an error in the bottom of the 14th which sent the potential winning run to the plate....then the next batter popped up to uribe...game over...WS over.....

I'm not bitter... you guys were better than us.  We didn't deserve to win this year... leading the league in errors and last in the league in ERA... not a great combo.
